The houses have an area of 80 m2, a living room of about 40 m2 with a large 6m window and exit to the terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom for 1 person, additionally in the living room a sofa bed with a sleeping function. Each room has a temperature control programmer. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer. Parking lot monitored for 10 cars. There is a really large, half-hectare plot of land by the quiet, clean Gil Lake, located among the forests. There is a comfortable house with a terrace, two bedrooms and a living room. Your own beach and pier are additional advantages. The sound of trees and the singing of birds will really help you relax. The plot is 6,000 m2. The modern house is located directly on the lakeshore "Niskie Brodno" with lake access via its own jetty, at the same time the property is located in the city of Brodnica with all the advantages of a city. A rowboat, kayak, stand-up paddle and bicycles are available for guests. The house is divided into two parts. One living area is rented, the other half of the house is private and is only used by me for vacation purposes. The public beach can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot.
