Vacation rentals with a patio in Iesi

A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep fond memories of this break in Pesaro… and of all of you!

My husband and I stayed in Assisi for a business conference and were looking for a place that was close to things we enjoy, including food, local attractions, and hiking. Simone's place had all that and more! We appreciated his responsiveness and recommendations as well as help when we needed it on our trip. Simone's place had everything we needed including espresso, coffee, cookware, a washer, and even hair products (drier, straightener) to use so I didn't have to pack the bulky stuff. What we loved most was the little terrace included to have coffee in the morning or wine at night plus the apartment temp. being it was made of mostly brick and constructed into the hill almost. I would definitely stay at Simone's place again! Highly recommend.

The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

Large apartment on two floors, inside a beautiful typical stone house, with everything you need and great attention to detail. Perfect location for us, on a quiet street in a small village, however with the possibility of walking to a great bar and a small well-stocked supermarket. Very responsive and helpful host. We'll definitely be back!

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the place to be, Irene is a wonderful hostess and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. It's just perfect, we felt incredibly comfortable♥️ and would come back anytime. Anyone who has an eye for detail feels that everything was taken care of here. We had a perfect beach vacation thanks to this accommodation. Location - Quiet area, just a short walk to the beach, house with North/East windows perfect for the summer (inside it was quite cool even without using the air conditioning) Accommodation - clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Large terrace and almost always in the shade (only in the morning it is under the sun, which however does not bother you to have breakfast) Elisa was a professional and super kind host! To be recommended!

The four of us spent two days in Fano to relax on the beach and explore the old town. The apartment offers a perfect starting point. The amenities are good, the sleeping options too. Everything was super clean. There are two terraces and fly screens in the windows. Arianna and her mother welcomed us very warmly with a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks.

Mrs. Stefania is very helpful, she recommended many beautiful places to visit. Very nice apartment, with all the essentials. We felt right at home.

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

My family and I stayed in Francesco's apartment for a week. Francesco is a responsive, friendly and very helpful host. His apartment, clean and spacious, is located in the historic center of Sirolo and close to the Urbani beach (a stone's throw from the house, free shuttle to the sea). APT as in the photos. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

Lovely apartment, super active host and no problems encountered. Perfect location, you can easily walk there, parking 5 minutes away covered for a fee, daily rate €12 Highly recommended !!!

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.
