The apartment itself was beautiful. I was a little surprised the complex had no parking. In a city, where parking is already stressful I wish I would have known what to expect ahead of time. Instead of being shocked with a $25 parking fee. The pool table is a community pool table for the whole building.. pictures make it seem included privately. location and comfortability were a 10/10

Jakes place was great and literally right across Manito Park. You also have Rockwood bakery right there if you want to check it out, it’s walking distance. Jake was great and responsive. He also has a great service that helps you access the Airbnb in case there are any problems. Super friendly! Would stay here again

Great little studio for an overnight in Spokane! Nice little neighborhood and felt very safe staying there. Wish there were blackout curtains as in the morning the light woke us up really early, but overall really enjoyed the stay!

I stayed a few days and was very comfortable from day 1. Krys was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home is located close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to access highways for day trips to parks.
