Wonderful location, very quiet and peaceful. Lovely cosy lodge, kept beautifully clean. Thank you a lovely, restful nights stay.

The barn was very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The surroundings were stunning with lovely places in the grounds to sit and relax. We also enjoyed watching the rabbits run around and the walk through the woods to a local pub. Peter was very welcoming and we would highly recommend his and Marilyn’s place to stay.

Beautiful and peaceful location, great views, good pub easy walking distance, lots to see and do in the area, the lovely town of Rye only a few miles away. Friendly, helpful hosts!

Samantha helped us out very last minute after our accommodation fell through. She was extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to check-in straight away. She welcomed us warmly and showed us around the ‘need to knows.’ The space is much bigger than it appears in the photos. Light and airy and absolutely IMMACULATE! The annex had everything you need and more. Lots of games for the kids and we enjoyed having the back patio doors open and having access to the garden. The bedrooms are pristine, with great quality bedding and attention to detail. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t get to explore much of the area but the quality of this accommodation is 👍 Thanks Samantha!
