Enjoy Home away from home, clean and comfortable. Ičići and Ika beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, as well as shops and restaurants, return uphill - View! Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car, as well as the Peharovo beach (free parking) and many other beaches. The apartment is a great base for visiting the Opatija Riviera on foot by the sea - Lungomare. Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Motovun, islands of Krk (bridge), Cres, Rab, Lošinj, national parks. Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

The newly built apartment of 43m2 consists of kitchen with all accessories and complete equipment ( filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, 2 electric), a seperate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath. Direct access to the balcony with a seaview. ( to the Island of Cres, Marina, Island of Krk ) It is 80 m away from the Seaside promenade.

Studio se nalazi ma prvom katu obiteljske kuće i cijeli je orjentiran prema moru. Iz glavne (spavaće) sobe kao i s prostranog balkona pruža se pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Studio je idealan za parove, no može prihvatiti i par s jednim djetetom. Kuća je smještena na mirnoj lokaciji i stoga je idealna za odmor. Domaćin dočekuje i otpraćuje goste te kontinuirano stoji na usluzi. Gostima su na raspolaganju i vrtni sadržaji. Dućan, pošta, ljekarna, frizer, autobus u dosegu su 10-15 minuta hoda.

Just few meters from the famous Lungo mare-12 kilometers long promenade from Volosko to Lovran! Very important-FREEpublic PARKING just in front of the house. My place is close to public transport. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with one kid). Our studio apartment is completely renovated in July of 2016.

The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.
