This guesthouse is only a few meters away from the golf course at Stiklestad. The house is built in 2023 and is adapted for both sleeping/stay/simple cooking. Here there are birds singing and well-being, the patio is available with umbrella and the good chair. It is furnished with a sofa bed, which with simple grips becomes a comfortable bed or sofa as desired. There are beautiful views and close to the sea. Can be arranged with stall for golf bags. Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Lovely view to the fjord and short distance to take a bath. Here you will find the tranquility both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, wood ice and difficult conditions, you may need to park about 30-40 m from the cabin.

This apartment is spacious, modern, snug and cozy. Lovely view to the sea and Trondheimsfjord. The apartment is in an area that is perceived as quiet and peaceful. Here you can enjoy the coffee cup and feel both in the morning and evening sun on the large patio and the cozy roof terrace! Good location with nearby transport options. My place is a farm with plant production and is for it. If you want a quiet place, this is a great choice.
