The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Longmont is located 40 minutes from DIA & 15 minutes from adventure waiting in the Rockies. Off-street parking is included along with a lovely kitchenette, dining room, living room, brand new bathroom, & bedroom. We are a family with small children so the occasional noise may be heard upstairs during the day.

Walk to parks, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, gallery, music, pool, cidery & breweries. Bike/bus town or to Boulder. Drive 30 miles to Denver or Rocky Mt. National Park. Sleep on Tempur-Pedic mattress set. There's a half flight of stairs to basement apartment. AX3200 router, tri-band 7-stream wifi 6 on a 2.5 GHz port.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
