Monthly Rentals in Hye

Melanie's ranch home is a nice accommodation for the price. It is private and peaceful on a large acreage property. It is convenient to local wineries and equally distanced between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The kitchen is well stocked and easy for entertaining. We had one issue with the ranch dogs barking late at night, but Melanie took care of it immediately. For guests with mobility issues, just know that the only access to the upstairs bedrooms (one which is a loft with no privacy) is a narrow, spiral staircase. I would recommend this for a quick getaway for a girl's weekend. We had a blast!

Wonderful location in Johnson City. Walking distance to the town square and nestled on a quiet street. This is my 3rd time staying and each stay was fantastic. Thanks Andrew!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed being in the great outdoors and being able to see different kinds of wildlife. They did a wonderful job renovating the old cabin! We can’t wait to stay there again and explore different areas close by!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! The location was perfect and right next to Garrison Brothers distillery. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen had all the essentials. We loved sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs. Make sure you bring your own bath soap and shampoo as that is not provided. We will definitely come back to stay again!
