Vacation rentals with a patio in Hyderabad

Our stay at Shruthi's place was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the space and the area. Pros: 1. The place is exactly like the photos. 2. A very nice society and clean and peaceful surrounding 3. Shruthi was very accomodating . so a great host Few things that I'd like to point out. And a great host that Shruthi is she would be more than willing to take the feedback in a very positive manner. 1. Although there are plenty of tea bags available. they are all of green tea. please provide for regular ones as well. 2. Please ensure sufficient drinking water. Having said above, we would love to stay at her place any time visiting Hyderabad. Thanks Shruthi for being such a great host and making our stay very pleasant

Had peaceful stay. Everything matches the description, neat and clean property. Very near to US embassy. Terrace lawn is a highlight.

We had a great stay at this penthouse in Kondapur. The location is excellent—close to all major stores and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely private terrace that added a nice touch. High-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and cleaning services were available on request, which was very convenient. The host was extremely responsive, and the on-site caretaker, Srinu, was also very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Hyderabad.

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it there. The Host was very responsive and the caretaker also very helpful. All the things were same as it is mentioned in the photos. but the road(path) to get to this location was a bit difficult because of it's ups and downs of it's mountain terrains. We usually took a walk everytime to come to the main road as we all were students at that time. It was really great!!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and check-in was a breeze. My host Mr. Prem and his wife were responsive, kind, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

The place is cozy and elegant. The vibe in the evening is awesome. Perfect place for a couple or friends. The property is located in the prime area of Madhapur. As per the directions of Venkat ji, we have easily reached the apartment. The place is worth for money.

The place is clean and quiet, away from traffic noise but still close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were easy to talk to and replied quickly.

Great place, clean as well. Just a bit far from airport and it will be a hassle if you don't have personal vehicle, cabs are easily to find though.

He was also quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The stay at his place was wonderful, comfortable, and ideally located with easy access to all the major attractions in Old Hyderabad. The charm of the old city is just around the corner! For getting around, I’d highly recommend booking auto-rickshaws instead of using a rental or personal car. The area tends to be quite crowded, and the narrow roads can make driving and parking a challenge. Autos are a much more convenient and stress-free option. Overall, a great stay with a thoughtful host in a vibrant part of the city!
