There is a hot tub on the veranda and trees and bushes around the house. From Dýjaból there is less than 10 minutes to Sauðárkrókur, where you can find swimming pool, supermarket, wine store, bakery and restuarants. From Sauðárkrókur you can take a boat to Drangey, the home of the puffins. There is a one hours drive to Akureyri. A cosy place in peaceful surroundings.

The cottages at Thurranes are 43 square meters. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sleeping loft that fits 2 adults. The house can accommodate 6 adults. Outside the house is a fire place, surrounded with trees. Good for quiet evening under the sky and aurora borealis.
