Loft with two mattresses , sofa bed downstairs , 4 duvets and 4 pillows . The tenant will bring their own bed linens and towels , the tenant will wash the cabin after use

Sunny summer cottage on idyllic Søndre Sandøy with short distance (5-10min) to some of Hvaler's finest sandy beaches, Storhavna and Gjøkvika. Sun in the cabin until late evening. The cabin is warm in the woods about 150 meters in the air line to the beach zone. Garden furniture is purchased to provide the best experience on the new terraces both front and rear of the cabin. There are good sun conditions from morning to evening, and it does of the umbrella comes well on sunny summer days.

Havtunet is a cabin area where you can only enjoy the tranquility or explore the community. Absolutely great for families with children who want a place where the kids can enjoy themselves on the water's edge while sitting on the terrace. It is possible to swim both from the beach and jetty, there is a playground, volleyball court, table tennis table etc. in the area. There is a regular bus to the center of Fredrikstad and Skjærhalden on Hvaler.

The nearest grocery store is at the archipelago which is about 8 minutes away by car. Here it is lovely to be for the whole family and enjoy the silence at its best. Car road with parking area for 3 cars on the plot. Nice hiking possibilities, grocery stores 5 minutes away.
