Vacation rentals with a patio in Huntington

We loved our stay. Everything was as described, although a few more pictures and a more detailed amenity list would have been helpful. Kitchen was supplied adequately. It's very spacious. Game table was very cool if wanting to play poker. Tabitha answered questions before the trip and handled a situation that came up the first night very promptly. We enjoyed watching the family of groundhogs from the upstairs deck. We were there to ride ATVs. Ivy Branch trailhead is just a few minutes away. We were also able to easily ride to Hobet mine.

It was very cozy and clean. Nice area as well.

She was an amazing host. Had all the amenities plus more. Beautiful peaceful place. It was so clean it was like no one had ever been there.

This house is really cool!!

The place was easy to find with lots of parking for trailers and toys. It had easy access to the Ivy Branch trails and it's located about 30 minutes from the new Tornado trailhead. We had a great time staying there and would come back again.

This MANSION is amazing! This historical home was so beautiful! Beautiful woodwork, gorgeous staircase, big rooms! We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was in a very convenient location close to anything you would need. Just a couple of minutes to the bridge to go to Ashland or the bridge to Russell. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and we felt welcomed. This home had so many “hang-out” spaces from the 2 living/family rooms, the screened back porch, and the awesome swing on the huge front porch. Next time we visit the area, we will stay here again! Thank you!!

Nice getaway for a couple. I would recommend it to anyone. This place was nice and clean with a 20 minute drive to town for food. Perfect 👌.

John is an incredibly nice host. Super communicative and helpful. We were there for just one night (family of 4 + dog) and it was the perfect spot to rest in the middle of a long 2 day drive.

Shane was super easy to communicate with. House was clean and location is close to everything we needed.

Kim was a fantastic host. She knew that my husband and I were visiting to spend Christmas with his family in January and she left the Christmas tree up to make it feel more authentic. She also checked on us due to the big snowfall we all received from WV to TN (which is where we live) just to see if we were going to okay making the trip. Never had a host care so much. This place suited our family needs when visiting the Huntington, WV, area. Jacqueline was so friendly, supportive, and respected our privacy. The place was exactly what we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was stocked and ready for us—from extra toothbrushes (including ones for kids!) to a great selection of snacks, tea, and candy. It felt like every little detail was thought of to make us feel at home. Super cozy, super convenient, and such a thoughtful touch throughout. Highly recommend!

The Penthouse was a wonderful find for our visit to the Tri-State area. Parking was convenient and the condo is stunning! We felt so at home upon entering and the pictures are exactly as viewed prior to booking. The finishes are upscale and the king bed very comfortable. Double sinks in the master bathroom and a fantastic kitchen to cook in that had all of the comforts of home. The views of the Ohio River from the 13th floor were beautiful both day and night. The ground floor restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast with many choices of flavored coffees. I would definitely recommend the Penthouse when visiting the area or even if you are local for a special occasion get-away!

Stayed 3 days at Riverview 2. We loved the place and the area. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would love to come back if the chance ever comes up again. Diamond and Lisa are gracious hosts. Altogether a great time was had.

Rented this place with family for my wedding and we had the best time! The place was perfect, right on the water, private, and beautiful. Diamond was very responsive for everything we needed and super friendly! We would come back and stay here anytime

Lauryn's place in Ironton was perfect for our week's stay. Location was ideal, house was very clean and comfortable...even had a work station for those of us who had to work while on vacation. Wifi was fast and plenty to watch on the Roku TVs. Bedrooms VERY comfy. Kitchen has all the necessary appointments. Kickin' AC for those who like it nice and cool, like we do. If we ever find ourselves in Ironton again, I know where we're staying! Thanks Lauryn!
