The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

From your private covered terrace and from your rooms, you have a nice mountain and even a little lake view. Suitable for couples, singles, adventurers, business travelers, Family with kids. Playground and a lot of space to run around and play.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
