It is a very cozy space best suited for a couple or single guest. Or travel with a pet - fully fenced yard provided.

My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was the perfect home base for a night—comfortable, cozy, and in a beautiful part of Eureka. The fenced yard was a huge bonus, our dog absolutely loved having the space to run around and explore. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed. We hope to be back sometime soon!

The cottage was an amazing and peaceful getaway. The photos of it were beautiful but in person… even more beautiful! It has been done so well and it is so aesthetically pleasing everywhere you look. It is so quiet and every morning we were greeted by the gorgeous surroundings and the sounds only being in nature can provide. Cassandra was so sweet when we met her upon arrival. She had great recommendations for where to eat and things to see while we were in the area. She is truly a kind soul. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to go back! 💗

This Eureka Haven was perfect for our last minute get away to the coast. Sandy was a wonderful host. She was very kind and made our stay quite comfortable. We felt right at home. The room was clean and exactly as described. Quiet peaceful back yard filled with nature and wildlife for us to relax and enjoy as well. We will definitely return to this little gem. Next time we will bring our fur babies. This one's a perfect score across the board.

I had a great stay here! Everything was clean and the decorating made it feel very peaceful. The neighbors were quiet and the bed was really comfortable. If you are a light sleeper I do recommend ear plugs for the street that runs by but I really did sleep well!

First off the location is great, you can hear the ocean, it’s peaceful and away from the hustle bustle of town. My kids and I loved the porch when it wasn’t raining(we stayed during a stormy weekend). The kitchen… to die for. The open concept of the home made it fun to run around and play the littles. No clutter or mall things for the littles to pick up and break or lay with. Over all nice and quiet stay.

A sunroom is presented with large windows that allow natural light to fill the space. Two comfortable chairs are arranged around a round table, creating a cozy seating area. The wood-paneled ceiling complements the warm tones of the wooden floor.

2BR wilderness retreat with game room & firepit

The home was perfect for a weekend visit. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable and the pictures were just as the house looked. We didn't have any challenges getting in, there is plenty of parking, and we enjoyed the wood stove. It is a ways out of town, but the drive is really pretty and I loved the covered bridge you drive through to get there.
