Super cozy house in a lovely location! Spacious with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 modern bathrooms. Completely renovated with the charm preserved. Fully-equipped kitchen (utensils, stove, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with cozy fireplace. Good heating in winter. In the summer, you can swim directly by the house (jetty with ladder). Possible to rent a rowboat and fish. Parking directly adjacent to the house. 12 km to Borås (15 min), 30km (25 min) to Landvetter airport, 50km to Gothenburg (40 min).

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
