The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no laundry service for long-term stays, everything else was great

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything was very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The place is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt at home! We loved the space and everything around it. Right below there is a mini market that helps a lot, and on the street there are restaurants as well. We think the region is quiet and so are the neighbors. Building staff are super helpful. Stayed here for 10 days while visiting friends from Santiago. Location is very good, fast access to main toll ways and also centric. Apartment has two full bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful terrace. As happens in any Airbnb, couple of things that can be improved and I'm sure Melvis will take care of them soon. I'd definitely stay here again.

We felt really lucky to get to stay in Gianfranco’s house. Everything about it is just so cool. The house itself, the art, the record player. The terrace is gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer! Loved it all. Gianfranco was always responsive and helpful with questions and super flexible, which we really appreciated. We walked everywhere and it’d be easy to an uber or taxi here too. If you stay here, doing the funicular and cable car (which you can get to just around the corner) is so worth it (thanks Gianfranco for suggesting that :)

We had a great time at Andrea’s place. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby. The place itself is behind her house in a separate building, and you pass through a beautiful garden to get there. It is very well decorated, and we really enjoyed. Andrea was a great host as well!

Very good apartment and excellent location if you want to go shopping at the Costanera mall and you have a subway station in front of you where you can go everywhere. The area is quiet and seemed safe even at night Only a few restaurants nearby, only street stalls, and they close very early, so keep that in mind.
