Two of the bedrooms have king beds, the third has a queen bed, and there's a day bed (with a good mattress!) in the sun room. All upstairs rooms are off the reading lounge featured in the photos. The living room/meditation room has a working fireplace, essential for warming the soul during the colder months. Find your favorite spot to create, read, and connect. Feel free to keep things in the fridge or cook yourself a meal. Sonos speakers are on both floors - just download their app and listen to music wirelessly. The only room off limits is my office on the first floor, in which I see clients on week days. My partner Danny and I live in the carriage house in the backyard. Dear returning guests: Yes, we've taken the adorable cats with us! (New guests, we used to live in the main house). We're typically around on weekends unless traveling and available for any of your questions/needs. I work out of the office off the front porch on week days. The house is on desirable Union Street in Downtown Hudson. Everything Warren Street has to offer is just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are all around the corner from the house. Very walkable. Amtrak train station is about 5-6 blocks from the house. Walkable depending on weather and luggage. There's Lyft and Uber in town. Free street parking is available on side opposite of house; restrictions apply Thursday evenings depending on the season, check signs. Free street parking available on other side streets, metered parking on others. Of course, check appropriate signs where apply. There's an Enterprise Car Rental on Fairview Ave which I believe do pickups and drop offs. Bike Rental available at Steiner's Sports on Warren St. Those of you for whom stairs are difficult, please note that bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. ** My current settings don't allow for bookings 6 months in advance; however, if you are planning a trip and would like to book then, please send me a message.

This peaceful property is minutes from the Hawthorne Valley Farm store, 20 minutes to the world-class food and vintage mecca of Hudson, and 30 minutes from the culture and history of Tanglewood, Jacobs PIllow and the Berkshires. For recreation there is hiking in the valley and nearby conservancy areas, biking on country roads, or cross-country, downhill or snowshoeing during the snowy months. Hawthorne is a 2-hour drive from NYC or a 2-hour Amtrak ride from Penn Station to Hudson, and then a 20 minute drive by car or taxi. The house is conveniently close to the Taconic Parkway, while set in a peaceful and quiet valley.

First floor apartment is a quaint abode showcasing boutique furnishings and decor, contrasting textures and motifs, arched doorways, a covered front porch, and a walkout to the backyard. We are 20 minutes away from Legoland, also located near Wallkill, and an easy drive to Warwick and Patterson. Our home is eclectic and unique, placed in the historic district of pine bush. This home provides up to date appliances and cozy furnishings while still holding onto that good ol’ 1920’s feel. Plenty of room for dining in and an easy ride or walk to great food. This home is bright and cheery yet provides privacy and warmth. The entire first floor is your domain. With a private entrance and easy parking. The locked doors you will encounter is for your privacy. There are permanent renters above you, however they have their own entrance and are completely separate. Trust us you won’t need more space than what’s provided, very roomy with a closet in each room, as well as in the dining area. Up until your check in we are available to you through Airbnb with any questions or concerns you might have. After check in most vacationers prefer to hit the ground running and begin enjoying their stay, however for little bumps in the road a number will be provided in order to continue taking care of you. The property boasts easy access to hikes, Wallkill Farms, wineries, Legoland and is walking distance from multiple restaurants, antique shops, and more. We recommend renting a car. While this home is walking distance to restaurants and downtown pine bush the beautiful rural scenery means a little distance of 10-20 minutes of driving between wineries and hikes and other enjoyable activities. We want our guests to enjoy their time to the fullest, and know that we care about their stay. Which is why we like to make clear our home runs on city water. There is an initial aroma from the faucet, however it doesn’t last long and adjustments to that are in the process. We of course offer you filtered water for you and your family. This home is multiple stories which adds to its beautiful character. You and your family will be occupying the entire first floor. The upper level has permanent renters, however they have a separate entrance and are quiet, as well as accommodating.

Our artistic, spacious , comfortable home is set on 13 (fairytale-esque) private, forest acres. We are minutes away from hiking trails, swimming lakes, and the Hudson River where you can kayak. The house is located on 13 acres of land just minutes away from the vibrant shopping of downtown Cold Spring, NY. It is surrounded by lakes and hiking trails, including the Appalachian Trail. We are minutes away from the Cold Spring train station. From here, you can get to Manhattan in an hour and 10 minutes. Occasionally our two small hypoallergenic dogs are with us in the house — one toy poodle and one shih tzu. If you'd like to bring your dog(s), this is a pet friendly home! Our dogs will not stay here when you visit, of course.
