We stayed as a family of 4 in this homey apartment for 6 nights and just loved this place!

West New York is a hidden gem, the view of the Manhattan Skyline is priceless. We enjoyed incorporating the 25 minute walk along the waterfront to the ferry (across to Manhattan) in our daily routine. Great experience of suburban New York and an escape from the NYC noise. Really felt this was the best of both worlds for our 10 days in NYC.

As long as this place is available for rent when I come up to New York City, this will be my go to, my second home great views of the city from Property a lot of different options for transportation to get over to New York City that were affordable. I really enjoyed it here. This was my 3rd time going to New York City and this was my best experience staying at this property.

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Emma has a beautiful home and I was very comfortable. It had everything for my 5 week stay. Some highlights; proximity to NYC with NJ Transit at the corner, garden, proper kitchen and super comfortable bed. En suite, bed linen and overall cleanliness round out a favorite AirBnB experience. This place was perfect! We were 2 parents with 4 kids and my elderly father. Jamie answered all of my questions promptly and was super helpful. The place was clean and we loved it. It was easy to get to NYC by bus and nice to be a little removed all at the same time. Great restaurants and views near her place. The kids said they loved it and it was unforgettable. My dad, me, and my husband had a wonderful time, too. All in all, highly recommend!

We visited as a family of four and felt comfortable and well taken care of, Izzy and the other co-host Eszter were very friendly and helpful and quick to respond and act when needed :) The flat was very clean and nice, the kitchen very well equipped. The area was safe, well communicated with the city - a short walk to Newark Penn Station from where you can catch trains to the city center as well as other locations if you want to visit. The roof-top terrace was a great addition to the flat - we had our morning coffee there with a great view of Newark and parts of NYC :) We recommend Izzy and his Airbnb locations, will definitely come back if we ever have an opportunity.

Exactly what I needed, so close to the path train and many stores and restaurants around the area, gets very lit at night. Wonderful home, you don’t feel out of place and you have everything you need. If I were to visit again I would definitely book again!! Thank you Rick!!

Jay was very communicative and even allowed us to check in early when our plans changed. The home was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the homey feeling after going to the city every day.

Wonderful house in a lively though quiet neighbourhood. Wonderful Manhattan skyline views from the riverside promenade (a few step away from the house). The house Itself is clean, modern and fully equipped. Comfortably accommodates 8. Our kids were delighed to find some toys from the landlord’s daughters. The house is fully furnished and also ideal for families whishing to enjoy a home away from home. Many restaurants in a walking distance for those who prefer to explore food from different cultures. Benjamin is very kind and prompt to respond to any requests. I would definitely suggest this solution as a base to explore the big apple avoiding the bugs!!!

Had to come to town with a broken heart, and this was a lovely stay for My Sons and his brothers during funeral planning. Even though all of our events were in the city, this was very close. It has a lovely view, and it was very comfortable. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Merry is the absolute sweetest! Her home is beautiful and she is very accommodating. She also has four adorable cats, each of whom have a unique back story! I am so glad I stayed with Merry and got to meet her.

We had a great time, this was the perfect space for my family of 4…..lots of options for getting to NYC! Host was amazing!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

Great stay! Joe was very responsive and it was a very easy check in and check out process. The space is just as described in photos and was the perfect room for a wedding at the hotel. Would stay again!

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Little getaway was wonderful. There was warmth as soon as we walked in, and that comfort lasted throughout our whole stay at the house. Diana was accommodating and available with any situations we had. We will definitely be coming back.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!

Everything as described. Good neighborhood. Very easy and fast to go with busses through the Lincoln tunnel to NYC (worked great even while a strike when we were there). And it's really perfect to look at the Empire State Building in the evening. What you also should know: There are 2 steep stairs to the 3rd floor, so this is not a good choice for elderly people with big bags. For all others great!
