Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Hudson County

-It is an old house with an odd layout. You have to go through each room to reach the living room/bathroom/kitchen. But it is well preserved, and since we were a small group (2 adults & 1 kid), we did not any extra privacy between rooms. So this place could be great for families w/ kids. A lot of space. -Many of the appliances are also old. Sometimes it took us a while to figure it out (washer, dryer, dishwasher, shower) but everything works well. A few tiny things could have been prepared in advance (paper towels, dishwasher pods), and it would be nice to have some basics (oil, salt, basic filter coffee). But L&S were responsive and provided with what we needed quickly. -Location was the big question mark for us despite seeing positive comments. NYC buses are really frequent and nearby. Usually not much traffic. However, having this as the only option, especially coming back from Manhattan at night is limiting. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this place!

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

We had a great experience staying at Nate’s Airbnb. From the very beginning, communication was clear, fast, and friendly, making check-in super easy and smooth. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a cozy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—close to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores, yet quiet enough to relax after a busy day exploring New York City. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jersey City or looking for a convenient spot near Manhattan without the hustle and bustle. Thanks, Nate, for being such an attentive host. We’d gladly stay here again!

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was smooth and easy going, the host was very responsive, the check in and out was easy and my family and I was very happy with our stay, the location was perfect also the configuration of the unit was lovely with everything in one place, it was just easy for us, I would recommend this place to anyone and we would be a repeat guess in the future. Thaís's house was perfect for me, easy access to NY, good neighborhood, beautiful, clean, comfortable and smelled good from the first moment I opened the door. Definitely 5 stars, the host was very communicative, answered all my questions quickly and was able to accommodate me at the last minute. I loved the backyard, my 4 year old son enjoyed playing outside. We loved the flavored coffees and complementary snacks. I highly recommend it.

Pristine apartment with plenty of space for 4 people. Super responsive and helpful hosts who let us check in early so we had time to catch a show in NYC. We enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine after a long day in the city!

My friends and I had wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were visiting the area and wanted a location that could have enough rooms and bathrooms for 4 people. The host was incredibly responsive—Elsayed checked in on us the first night to make sure we were good and answered any of our questions in a timely manner. The location was exactly as described, and everything matched the listing perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently situated for everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful apartment with many amenities. Super clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us to attend a wedding nearby.

Perfect spot in Hoboken. We slept 6 comfortably. Beautiful day and night views of the city from across the Hudson. Steps away from a coffee spot, Empire, that remembered us and was excited to see us all week. 15 min walking to PATH train to get to mid manhattan and lower manhattan. Hosts were very responsive and kind. While in Hoboken, you have to go to Vito’s for an Italian sub and they have prepped homemade pastas ready to cook if you’re trying to have a night in. O’neils has the best burger in town. And if you’re looking for a pork roll, try them on the jalepeno cheddar at O’Bagels and on the Black Russian at JPs Bagels. This is the perfect quiet place to stay on your busy trip. Last thing, when you go to the city, get some food at Woorijip in Korea town. We could’ve ate there everyday.

We checked in much later than anticipated due to flight delays, however the host was very responsive thru the process. The place was quite clean and well maintained, though I would have preferred some more amenities such as coffee, a few water bottles and a few bath essentials, because they were just not enough for 8 of us. However the host was responsive and got it delivered the very next day. No regrets as such.. kids liked the place.

My kids, nieces and I had the best trip! Pratik and Harsha were amazing hosts! Even allowed a late check out and luggage storage. We had a late flight out so this made it so much less stressful!!! House was amazing, beautiful views, amazing neighborhood and people are so friendly!!! Can’t wait to come back, we loved this place 😊

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

Julie was an amazing host! I felt that everything she had to offer was spot on! Greenwood Lake is a beautiful place and we wanted to stay longer! This place is a photographers dream! When we arrived check in was easy! The place was as described and clean! We can’t wait to bring our family back! Julie does have rules in place for check out that we followed and they were easy! I’m a firm believer in a host setting rules for people to keep their place in tip top shape and enjoyable for the next guests! We cannot wait to book with Julie again! Thank you so much!!

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Great host, responds quickly if any questions, clear instructions and info made my stay super comfortable and memorable. Great experience.

This beautiful Cabin was just magical. We walked in and right away felt at ease and got the sense that we were on vacation. This home is beautifully appointed and has a sense of nostalgia with the original woodwork mixed with modern and upscale finishes. There was immense attention to detail in the atmosphere, and a flow to the home. I appreciated it very much. Our hosts were very responsive to all communication and we felt well cared for. We were welcomed with a lovely gift of coffee from a local roaster and we enjoyed it over the course of our stay. It rained the entire time we were there but it didn't put a damper on our stay at all as being inside this cabin was enough to keep us content. Great views of the lake were really great to enjoy from the enclosed sunroom. Thankful for the opportunity.

Loved my stay here, nice environment, peaceful , very beautiful but watch staircase I almost fell 5 times . But overall 9/10

Joe's place was fantastic. My wife was having surgery at Greenwich Hospital. Joe's place offered me a great place to work just minutes from the hospital and many great restaurants. There was plenty of privacy, space, and amenities that made my stay very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend and will look for this property again if I have a need to stay in the area again.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice, with a spacious backyard and plenty of things to do inside. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable. Clinton was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The grass was a bit high. Also, just a friendly reminder to be cautious about insects—we did find a few ticks on ourselves and our dogs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities.

Great 1 night stay after a lovely hike at Stairway To Heaven. Hosts were super responsive and sweet. The cottage was so cute and tucked away from the other neighboring houses.
