Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hrazdan

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Tatev is Extremely Helpful. Her apartment is Amazing, With a woman's touch. The building is having low level renovations, So there's no construction noise. The location is two blocks from Gold's gym. In the community there is Fresh food everywhere, A 3 minute walk past Gold's gym is a larger Food market where the staff can also cook any of the protein choices to your desired specifications. The fish are still alive in the display tank, With a friendly staff and a taxi service near by. Across the street from the apartment next to the bakery is a bus stop. There are larger shopping areas in both directions within a 10 minute walk. Tatev will easily help you with any questions. The Views are postcard perfect, With mountains and the local community. And, The faucet water is better than most bottle water. The elevators work. But, if you like to exercise take the 12 floor challenge for a quick cardio workout. This is a great deal for the price.

The Apartment location was good. Nearby to all of the attractions in the city center. The Apartment was clean and tidy. I recommend this apartment.

I think this is one of the best apartments you can find in Yerevan. The apartment is new and looks great with functional living room and large beautiful bathroom. Apartment is very quiet, but at the same time close to a large number of restaurants and coffee spots. I would also like to note the excellent service. We will definitely stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eric's apartment! My most recent trip to Yerevan had me staying for a little over two weeks, so I needed to make sure I felt at home and had the proper amenities to accommodate my usual eating and cleaning routines. This space was perfect for that and more! Cooking and brewing were made simple with a modestly stocked pantry of essentials and cookware. The balcony was such an inviting place to take in the wonders of springtime in the morning or the bustling of the city nightlife at night. I'm super sensitive to noise and found that late-night street sounds were easy to block out with earplugs if I needed earlier shut-eye, though noise tended to die down around midnight most nights. My flight arrived very early in the morning, and Eric was especially accommodating during my check-in. I really loved this location and intend to stay here again during my next long visit to Yerevan! Highly recommend :)

100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Nice house near the center of Yerevan. 10 minutes by taxi without traffic. There is a metro, supermarket and shopping arcade nearby. There were 10 people, everything fit perfectly, even there were free spots. Overall, I liked it, we would come again. The first day was cold, but then the house warmed up and it was possible to walk at least in shorts with a t-shirt even at -10 on the street. The host immediately responded, took out an additional heater for the room without heating. But a little about the cons. Take all the slippers at once, the house is not clean enough to wear socks or bare feet. I also had to wash all the dishes before using it. The audibility is quite strong. If someone talks loudly in the dining room, then at least in the two rooms on the second floor, you can hear everything perfectly. One of the pleasant surprises is stable hot water. You won't often meet in Armenia. It's usually very hard to set the shower to the perfect temperature, everything is great here

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

I had an amazing stay at this villa in Dilijan! The surrounding nature is absolutely breathtaking, with lush green mountains and serene landscapes all around. It's the perfect escape for anyone looking to reconnect with nature. The villa itself was spotless, with every room meticulously clean and well-maintained. The cozy and comfortable interiors made us feel right at home, while the large windows allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning views outside. The property grounds were equally impressive, with a beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh mountain air. There were also plenty of outdoor seating areas where we could unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, this villa is a hidden gem in Dilijan, ideal for a relaxing getaway in nature!

This is a place I would definitely recommend for others to book. It's in a great location in the centre of everything, making it easy to walk to grocery stores, pharmacy's, local shops and restaurants. The place itself was amazing. It was so clean and comfortable, and also had every appliance that was needed. It's a great place to stay at if you want to be in the centre of the city but still be away from the noise. I would also like to state how amazing the host was. He helped me and my family settle in and also leave when checking out. He was a great help whenever we contacted him or we needed assistance with anything in the apartment.

Karo was a wonderful host! He really moved mountains just to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, together with his brother Narek. When there was a problem with the internet, he immediately went to the unit even if it was already 10pm, just to fix it. He also offered us private tour services using his car and provided snacks for our family, and even dropped us off at the airport at around 11pm. Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable
