Практически новая квартира в тихом районе недалеко от центра города,кровати удобные,душ с прекрасным напором,лифт,у нас было много багажа.Я по ошибке забронировал квартиру на день раньше,средства были невозвратные,но с помощью Майкла деньги вернули на счет,рекомендую как доброжелательного профессионала!

Hunan was an exceptional host and this apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s in the best location and walkable to so many spots in Yerevan. The street it’s on is also very exciting and filled with so many things to do and restaurants to try. Hunan was so kind and helpful and came to check in with me a couple times on questions I had, and was also helpful in answering questions of mine that didn’t even have to do with the apartment, but about the location, security, and living in Yerevan in general which eased my nerves as a solo traveler! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I could ever need! I hope to return to Armenia soon and would stay here every time! Thank you so much Hunan.

Останавливались в этой трёхкомнатной квартире во время поездки в Армению — всё очень понравилось! Квартира просторная, светлая и уютная, полностью соответствует фотографиям. Очень чисто, приятная атмосфера, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — от посуды до постельного белья. Расположение удобное: рядом магазины, кафе и достопримечательности. Хозяева приветливые и всегда на связи, заселение прошло быстро и без проблем. Остались только положительные впечатления — рекомендуем!

Очень уютные апартаменты, было всё необходимое, даже чай/кофе, посуда для готовки. Подушки и матрас как облачко. Единственное иногда было гудение

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

Everything is very good. The host came to receive me even it is a little late at night. And when I forgot the key in the house he also came to open door for me. Very kind of guy.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Rafael’s apartment in the center of Yerevan. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you could want is just a short walk away: cafes, shops, sights, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was super accurate to the photos and details on Airbnb, which I really appreciated. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside. Rafael was a fantastic host: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials for a great stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. I would definitely choose Rafael’s apartment again!

Very cosy place in Yerevan! Loft apartment located Next to French University and a close walk to Victory Monument, around 5-10 mins. Very clean place, everything very tidy and great effort made before guest arrives to be presented homely. Has satellite TV, for relaxing, many channels. Host is very hospitable, left welcome gift and available for when help needed, speaking English. Large table, that is great for working/studying from. Internet is stable, fast, consistent. Great location, walking to cascade and then the center of Yerevan. Supermarkets nearby for shopping, supplies. Wonderful view out of the window, of Yerevan. Light is good also, coming in during the day. It is quiet, and peaceful, for good nights sleeping, resting, relaxing. I would recommend this place strongly - for cosy stay with privacy in Yerevan. Everything was good.

It was a great location. A very updated and cozy apartment. All of our shopping needs were located within a couple blocks. Our host Michael was a great communicator and problem solver.

It’s a great place where you can find an escape from the city in the great outdoors. Beautiful apartment with great mountain view, everything is new and shiny. Internet is perfect for work, lots of parking lots are available. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Arsen’s place was a great spot to stay in Yerevan! The apartment is very cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is also very convenient for getting around Yerevan. We really liked the place, and Arsen was very polite and helpful.

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

Un très bon séjour dans un appartement très confortable et très propre, situé dans un quartier animé de Yerevan, mais donnant sur une cour très calme ! Le propriétaire a été de bon conseil et très réactif (dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport!), et il est venu nous accueillir sur place. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. Thank you David for fantastic stay!
