Apartment vacation rentals in Hrazdan

One the best apartments I've seen in Yerevan. Spacious and well furnished, enough dish for comfortable cooking. Super new building (looks like most of the flats are still empty), always available parking spots infront of the house. Close to RIO mall and golds gym. Minimarket right in front of the entrance. Its not a city centre, but neighborhood and air quality/temperature is a lot better, than it city centre. The only disadvantage is kitchen assembly quality - it's just terrible, almost impossible to open and close doors and drawers from first try.

Hunan was an exceptional host and this apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s in the best location and walkable to so many spots in Yerevan. The street it’s on is also very exciting and filled with so many things to do and restaurants to try. Hunan was so kind and helpful and came to check in with me a couple times on questions I had, and was also helpful in answering questions of mine that didn’t even have to do with the apartment, but about the location, security, and living in Yerevan in general which eased my nerves as a solo traveler! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I could ever need! I hope to return to Armenia soon and would stay here every time! Thank you so much Hunan.

Stayed in this three-room apartment during a trip to Armenia — I really liked everything! The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy, fully corresponds to the photos. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay — from dishes to bed linen. The location is convenient: there are shops, cafes and attractions nearby. The hosts are friendly and always available, the check-in went quickly and without problems. We only have positive impressions — we recommend it!

Smooth checkin, pleasant interior, nice host.

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

Everything is very good. The host came to receive me even it is a little late at night. And when I forgot the key in the house he also came to open door for me. Very kind of guy.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Rafael’s apartment in the center of Yerevan. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you could want is just a short walk away: cafes, shops, sights, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was super accurate to the photos and details on Airbnb, which I really appreciated. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside. Rafael was a fantastic host: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials for a great stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. I would definitely choose Rafael’s apartment again!

Very cosy place in Yerevan! Loft apartment located Next to French University and a close walk to Victory Monument, around 5-10 mins. Very clean place, everything very tidy and great effort made before guest arrives to be presented homely. Has satellite TV, for relaxing, many channels. Host is very hospitable, left welcome gift and available for when help needed, speaking English. Large table, that is great for working/studying from. Internet is stable, fast, consistent. Great location, walking to cascade and then the center of Yerevan. Supermarkets nearby for shopping, supplies. Wonderful view out of the window, of Yerevan. Light is good also, coming in during the day. It is quiet, and peaceful, for good nights sleeping, resting, relaxing. I would recommend this place strongly - for cosy stay with privacy in Yerevan. Stayed here for the second time, everything was great

Everything was good.

It was a great location. A very updated and cozy apartment. All of our shopping needs were located within a couple blocks. Our host Michael was a great communicator and problem solver.

This is the place that you want to be. Only a few minutes walk into the city, quiet, beautiful view, and no noise from neighbors at all. The house and its furniture is among the most comfortable I've ever stayed in.

It’s a great place where you can find an escape from the city in the great outdoors. Beautiful apartment with great mountain view, everything is new and shiny. Internet is perfect for work, lots of parking lots are available. Highly recommend this place!

Great location! Clean and comfy!

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Arsen’s place was a great spot to stay in Yerevan! The apartment is very cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is also very convenient for getting around Yerevan. We really liked the place, and Arsen was very polite and helpful.

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

A very good stay in a very comfortable and very clean apartment, located in a lively area of Yerevan, but overlooking a very quiet courtyard! The owner gave good advice and was very responsive (as soon as we arrived at the airport!), and he came to greet us on site. We would definitely recommend it!

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again.
