2-room apartment with sea view from the bedroom and living room, 50 m from the beach, ideally located, in the city center of the seaside resort of Houlgate. You will appreciate the immediate proximity of shops, restaurants in the markets,the port of Dives with its fish market accessible on foot, casino, cinema as well as transport...bus (bus station is 400 M AWAY) . Lots of entertainment in summer. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator from an old hotel from the 1950s.

This newly refurbished studio is ideally located. Beachfront residence, you have direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. 10 minutes' walk is enough to access the casino and the Rue de la Mer where there are various restaurants. You also have a mini golf 3 minutes away. Travel light, sheets and towels are included in the price, you don't need to bring anything🙂. Arrival and departure times are flexible, please let me know🙂.

Very nice bright apartment, completely renovated, with beautiful views of the sea, the Dives estuary and the Cabourg cape. All comfort and perfectly equipped, you will enjoy with family or friends a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen and nice sitting area. 2 Pretty bedrooms: 1 king size bed/bunk beds for children (90 x 175).
