We had a great stay in this lovely property, Apolline was a great host, helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is beautiful in a good location if you don’t mind being a little out from the action. It would have been easier also for self check in/out rather than having to meet for key pick up/drop off, convenience for both sides.

The property is a lovely place to stay whilst you are visiting Paris with friends or with family. The photos shown were accurate and it’s very well-maintained. Ridha is also very friendly and responsive to your queries and concerns especially regarding check-ins. As someone who is very particular to cleanliness, I can say that there was no issue in the property. It is also located near grocery shops and cafés and also just a short walk going to the metro. Also it is safe going to the place even during late nights. All in all, Im satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this property!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Jasmine qui a été très accueillante ! Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine lors de notre événement sportif avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement qui bénéficie d’une vue à couper le souffle. L’ameublement et l’aménagement de l’appartement sont raffinés et contribuent au bien être que l’on y ressent. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce lieu qui a tout pour séduire et que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Super séjour ! Après plusieurs mauvaise expériences avec Airbnb on trouve enfin un appartement à la hauteur de la description sur l’annonce! Stephane était réactif et accueillant ! L’appartement super bien placé, propre et il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait! Si on doit revenir dans le coin on reviendra ici!

Liudmila was an amazing host and her place was a nice spot to come back to after a day exploring France. Just outside of Paris and easy to get the metro there and back. Had a car so it was a good starting point for lots of places around. The unit was clean and comfortable and Liudmila and her daughter were there when we arrived and had just finished cleaning. They showed us around and made sure we had everything. Had an issue with the wifi but it was out of her control and she made every effort to fix it. When it wasn’t fixable she reimbursed us for a night and left us some lovely chocolates. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, bathroom was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. A bit of a rougher neighbourhood but we never felt unsafe or ill at ease, close to a couple nice boulangeries and an ok grocery store. I honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. Liudmila was a wonderful host and so responsive.

We stayed in at the end of May and we had a great time. The house was beautiful and looked just like the photos, very peaceful. Train station, grocery stores and bakery close by. Host was very responsive, couldn’t ask for anything more. Was everything we needed.

I had a great time staying at Amaury’s place with some colleagues for a work meetup - the house was spotlessly clean and more than big enough for us all to spend a week comfortably living and working in. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to get into the centre of Paris

Loved staying in Le Vésinet. This is an adorable, quaint guest house perfect for a young (ish) couple. It’s a great location if visiting Versailles, Saint Germaine en Laye, and even Paris (by RER A). The host was gracious and kind. Merci encore!

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Angèle et son mari étaient très accueillant et flexible concernant les heures d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est extrêmement paisible, parfait pour se reposer. Le petit jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu et invite à la détente. Nous recommandons vivement !

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with Sacré-Coeur just steps away - it really doesn't get more picturesque than this. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
