My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Access via a gate on the street (therefore independent entrance). Well-equipped with kitchen, fridge, microwave, and TV. Double bed 140*190 and bath bed. Paris in 20 min or La Défense Arena in 15 min. Make life easier at this peaceful, centrally located home.

The apartment is located 5 minutes from shops and 15 minutes walk from the train station that takes you to central Paris in 20 minutes. You will have access to free parking spaces.
