Shopping, restaurants, a park, and a lake are within walking distance. This apartment has a private entrance with a coin operated laundry on the premises. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a twin rollaway in the closet and the sofa could be used for one guest too.

This is a little gorgeous getaway! We are located one mile South of the bay across the street from West Park (which is perfectly in between Charlevoix and Petoskey). We are also right across the street from the infamous Little Traverse Wheelway trail which is walking/bike path that goes from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs and has beautiful scenic views throughout. We are only a few miles down the road from Bay Harbor and 12 miles away from Petoskey State Park where there is a huge beach!

Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Meghan was an amazing host! We had no problems during our stay. It was super walkable and close to every attraction we wanted to go to. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the Gypsy Distillery, and a short walk to the water!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is stunning, with a peaceful waterfront dock where we could relax and enjoy the views of Lake Charlevoix. The highlight was definitely the horses – my daughter is a horse lover and was completely in her element for the entire trip! Every evening, we were sure to visit with them. Julie and Ron went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were kind, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled escape. Can’t wait to come back!

Exceeded expectations. Close to Boyne Mountain. Kitchen was stocked better than any other rental I’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay there again!

Natural light filters through the glass conservatory ceiling, creating patterns on the walls. Wooden railings and framed windows enhance the modern architectural design. The space exhibits a warm ambiance with views of the surrounding fall foliage and a glimpse of the outdoors.
