Welcome to my holiday home Situated a 100 steps from an award winning beautiful sandy beach stretching 2 miles. 3 Bedrooms 2 with double beds and a small third bedroom with a Single Futon bed with the Bathroom is located on the ground floor. This is a well equipped self catering home suitable for families or couples. Towels and bedding will be supplied. A local Morrisons supermarket is within close walking distance. Pets are allowed with a fee of £10 per night paying cash on arrival.

The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

With the beautiful Gorleston beach at the end of the road and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance you will be sure to have a fantastic holiday at this amazing property. The house is a home from home and has everything you will need with some nice additional touches including Sky sports and movie channels and plenty of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.

Join us at The Folly your cosy woodland retreat, complete with log burner and central heating. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Pleasurewood Hills is also only a short walk away. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of an Owl as you fall asleep.
