In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations, e.g. Golf, Skånes Djurpark, Skåneleden 50 m, hiking trails, etc. Note: The apartment does not share an entrance, parking space or patio with the house.

Summer cottage Häggenäs

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A close lake location with 2100m2 plot and access to 2 different swimming area. The wall is a cape, so you either swim at the jetty or on the other side. The cottage was completed in November 2023 and has a master bedroom with large double bed, a children's room with bunk bed (90 upstairs and 120 downstairs) as well as sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is modern and fresh with dishwasher, oven, Micro and built-in fridge/freezer. Washer with drying function is available in the bathroom.
