Skogshöjda is a small house of 52 m2 but still has everything! The house is in the middle of Skåne and if you take the car on a day trip, you can reach all corners of Skåne in about 1-1.5 hours. Here you can enjoy watching movies, listening to music, playing games or you can be out in the garden or in the forest. Take the car and you have Åhus' nice sandy beaches 1 hour away. You can bike or walk down to the lake to swim and fish. In autumn, you will find plenty of mushrooms in Karlarp's nice forest. Welcome all year round. Marianne & Martin

Summer cottage Häggenäs

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A close lake location with 2100m2 plot and access to 2 different swimming area. The wall is a cape, so you either swim at the jetty or on the other side. The cottage was completed in November 2023 and has a master bedroom with large double bed, a children's room with bunk bed (90 upstairs and 120 downstairs) as well as sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is modern and fresh with dishwasher, oven, Micro and built-in fridge/freezer. Washer with drying function is available in the bathroom.

Ormanäsgården Mill Village

Welcome to Kvarnbyn at Ormanäsgården! Imagine the smell of your dinner when you sit down on the balcony to enjoy the food and the view at the same time.  The cottages are insulated for vacation rentals all year round.  Climate control system where the farm's solar panels provide cooling in summer and heat in winter. Rainwater from the farm is purified for use, among other things, to flush the toilets.  Sheets and final cleaning are included. We are excited to welcome you as a guest! You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

A few minutes walk through the forest takes you to the 3 km long loop around the lake, where there is a municipal swimming area with piers and jumping towers.
