Marisa’s place is just perfect! It has everything you need and it’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Very spacious with a perfect layout. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Recommendation to rent a car if you want to explore different areas in the island. Thank you Marisa for being the perfect host!

The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

It’s the day before we leave and the most important thing we want to say is thank you and we don’t want to leave. We won’t bore you with our adventures although they were awesome. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary finally without our kids or grand kids. We needed this break and we love it here. For years we have searched for the perfect the perfect beach: all over Florida, USVI, BVI, Mexico, and Jamaica… the bar is now set. Exuma is the best. Tar bay beach is beautiful. The gazebo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the seclusion, the plants, the pool, the house set up, and all of your property. We will be back. Thank you for hosting. We had a very good stay at Charles' house. It is very big with one bedroom windows facing the ocean so you can hear waves at night. Location is convenient, less than 5 min north of the airport. Very secluded and peaceful so you will need a car. It is a great option for families with 2 kids . 1 bedroom has 1 double bed and the other 2 twin beds, TVs in bedrooms and living room. Having more photos may help families decide if the house suites them. This was my first AirBnB booking and Charles made it very easy. Great, prompt communication and he has people locally who will meet you and assist with any issues. Highly recommend!

Would definitely come back and stay at Kenyon’s place. His place was great and he is always around if you need anything. Easy to communicate with about local restaraunts or places to go. Stores are real close by for small needs like snacks and drinks. If you need any extras for the olace Kenyon will provide it for you. Will be back to stay.

A bit of a drive from the city but you can expect a clean quiet space with a beautiful view overlooking the water. The unit was well equipped with everything a typical home has - kitchen appliances, toiletries, a washroom etc. The hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable, they even went as far as providing us with delicious meals. I’d definitely recommend this place, it’s worth the value.

Elvis and Maryann are wonderful hosts! The series of cottages are cheerful and right on the beach. Elvis made a great lunch for us on arrival. The white sand beach was easily accessed and expansive.

I have been all over the Caribbean and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! The view from the house is breathtaking and February Point is a beautiful community with the nicest staff. Sasha is very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early check in and a late check out. Don’t even hesitate to book this place! You will not be disappointed

We enjoyed our stay at February Point. We have lived in the area for years and were pleased to see what the community was actually like. The clear blue ocean waters were the most beautiful view. Love love love Exuma can’t wait to get back!

Our stay was very nice. Just an FYI The house in the pics is blue, but it is painted yellow now. We loved the location. The pool was nice to have! We rented snorkel gear, Elvis's boat one day and took a half day excursion to see the pigs, iguanas, and the blue hole to snorkel. Very nice! Elvis is a big help on anything you need or info for things to do. The beach at Tropic of Cancer was wonderful. Grab a bite at Tropical Breeze near there! Enjoy!

This is a great place for those that want to be away from the crowds. Private home in a quaint community withal a community pool and tiki bar. This was our second time staying at The Cays and it is perfect for our family! The road getting there is a bit bumpy but hoping the island will fix that soon!! Would definitely recommend this rental!! Kelly was a pleasure to work with and accommodated our needs!!

Lovely spot on the beach at February Point We liked the location and the restaurant. It’s an easy drive both directions on Great Exuma.

You, me and the sea was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Exuma is our favorite place to visit. This was our third visit in three years. Taylor was prompt in responding to any of my questions, and his on-site hostess Janetta is precious. She knocked on our door one morning with a gift to help us celebrate. We had a minor issue with the rental vehicle we were driving and she was eager to find us assistance. Then, she reached out multiple times to ensure we had been taken care of. This unit is located within Hideaways. This is considered the central part of the island with access to Jolly Hall Beach. Convenient, clean and in the most beautiful setting.

The absolutely most gorgeous place. You felt like you were staying in someone's family home, not a sterile Holiday Inn. The rosemary bush was an absolute godsend and cooking in the kitchen was a total joy. The views are insane, and the water is just unbelievable. Martino was wonderfully communicative and on top of things without being overbearing. The bugs weren't too bad actually, we just brought some herby spray and that worked a treat. Totally ideal house!

Our stay at Alastacias and Shenekas place was absolutely perfect! The rental was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach was really beautiful with literally nobody else there. Both ladies went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and thoughtful hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at Glenroy’s place in Exuma. Very responsive and helpful. A rental car is a necessity since the location is a 15min drive from town and the Airbnb is in a secluded area

YES YES YES Final stop on our honeymoon, saved the best until last. My wife walked in, the place was amazing. My wife opened the patio doors, the view was even better. Major husband points!! Direct on the beach, common to see literally no one on the beach all day - perfect if you want a quiet getaway. Hired a car from Avie, did us perfectly for exploring the island. Exactly what we needed. He gave us local tips on where to go, such as Stocking Island to feed the Stingray and organised a full day boat trip with us from a company he trusts which gave us the most amazing memories of swimming with sharks, pigs, swimming in James Bond Thunderball Grotto and petting Iguanas as well as seeing a sunken drug plane of Pablo Escobar and seeing turtles en route. Avie’s local knowledge and advance guide brochure which he sent to us digitally was so helpful too. Thank you Avie for the perfect end to our honeymoon.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Exuma! From the moment I arrived, the host was warm and pleasant, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The house itself was spotless, and the breathtaking views were even better than the pictures. I especially appreciated how homely and comfortable the space felt. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Stay was wonderful, very easy to get ahold of. Directions were quite easy to follow, however they did remove one sign from the road (the last one we needed to see where to turn lol) so I would just say look for the med plaza instead! :)

The best of the best hosts and place. Gave me a list of where to eat, taxis to use, which boating company to use and everything in between. They deserve 20 stars!!!! Tv in the living and bedroom, freezing ac, big comfortable bed, big bedroom, nice size bathroom., fast internet. The place was spotless. Safe quiet neighborhood, 20min walk to the beach. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. This is what an airbnb experience should feel like. I came alone and didn’t know what to expect, they really made me feel like family. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. The host was even willing to help me find a taxi on my connecting flight in Nassau. Again, BEST OF THE BEST

I had a wonderful stay! Reginald was an incredibly kind and responsive host—always quick to reply and genuinely helpful. The place was super comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a vacation trip. So many beautiful beaches next door, you can only feel like being in praradise. It felt very welcoming, and peaceful.
