Vacation rentals with a patio in Honshu

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

Очень удобное место, в пешей доступности квартал Доттонбори, рыбный рынок, супермаркет. Квартира новая, чистая, есть все необходимое. Дружелюбные хозяева, быстро отвечают на вопросы, связаные с проживанием. Один нюанс -кровать небольшая, низкая, матрас очень мягкий. Мне, при весе 120кг, было неудобно. Жене, наоборот, очень комфортно

정말 깨끗하고 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 새로 지어져서 모든 가구, 시설, 화장실이 깨끗하였고 방도 크고 좋았습니다. 다다미방의 매력과 넓은 침대, 테라스를 동시에 즐길 수 있어 좋았어요. 또한 짐 보관 서비스도 여행에 큰 도움이 되었습니다.

The apartment has plenty of space and we liked the two rooms, 2 TVs plus balcony. Divider can provide privacy between bedroom/sitting and kitchen/dining rooms. Location was great for us close to Sensoji and shops and markets. We could easily walk to the river, Asahi headquarters and also Ueno park. Trains to anywhere within 400 to 800 metres. local bars and restaurants all over the place. Host sent excellent recommendations about local area when we booked and followed up just before arrival. Very secure building. Fridge and freezer, washer/drier, microwave and cooker, coffee machine etc plus great trash and recycling system with 3 bins and overflow bin so easy to keep the place tidy over 5 day stay. Also the place looks good, modern and clean and all furniture and bedding very nice. The balcony is a great feature as well. Gives a bright outlook, you can eat or have a drink outside on the chairs and table, and I could see Tokyo Sky Tree as well :-)

Great home stay with all the necessary amenities available. Less than 10mins walk to Dotomburi and Nipponbashi station. Counted almost 7 to 8 24hrs convenience stores around, can get any quick meal or even laundry or cooking needs anytime of the day. Very neat and clean and everything is working perfectly. Your recommended home stay if you are visiting Osaka.

整体非常棒，地理位置优越离难波一站路 楼下就是地铁口，周围有711 罗森等便利店走一小会有一个大超市，离永旺也很近适合带孩子出游！

Wonderful stay in Tokyo. Very clean place and easy to check in and out. Would definitely book again!

This home was perfect for our family (parents + 2 college-age daughters). We appreciated the historical and beautiful home. The sleeping arrangements were particularly good - very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and linens. There were good safety features too, like flashlights around and well-lit stairs. We appreciated being a bit away from the crowds near the center of town but still near subways and buses. We stayed for a week and so explored the quiet neighborhood pretty thoroughly, and particularly enjoyed seeing a small school bus full of very sleepy preschoolers in their small straw hats a couple of times! We will definitely try to stay again on our next trip.

位置很好，就在清水寺附近，到地铁站大概15分钟，公交站5分钟，房间非常干净，十分有特色，房东太太很热心，很好沟通

我们一家四口在这里住了八晚，房东夫妇亲自欢迎我们入住，给我们带来了礼物，为我们详细介绍了房内电器、设施的使用方法和注意事项，并且非常贴心地为我们同行的婴儿准备了婴儿纸巾、沐浴露、玩具等婴儿用品，二楼厨房的冰箱装满了水、饮料、酸奶等食品供我们免费使用。房屋保养得非常干净，通往二楼和三楼的台阶、厨房、房间打扫得一尘不染、无可挑剔。住所周边环境非常安静，居住氛围浓厚，与东京闹市区的人满为患形成鲜明对比，步行范围内有便利店、快餐店、餐厅、大型超市等各类餐饮设施。二楼的客厅厨房起居室为我们一家人提供了便利的生活空间，早上我们会在厨房一起吃早餐，吃完后开启一天的旅程，晚上返回住所后在客厅休息聊天。房东响应非常迅速，总能快速回复消息，更重要的是，她及时热心地帮助我们收集处理旅行期间的厨余垃圾和生活垃圾，去过日本的游客都知道这有多么重要！通往二楼和三楼的楼梯狭长陡峭（没办法，日本独栋建筑的通病），对于需要搬运大件行李上楼和腿脚不便的老年人来说会有点困难，但是楼梯加装了扶手确保上下台阶的安全。如果你想避开东京闹市区的人山人海，这里是非常适合一家人居住的选择。

リピートで今回は学生時代の友人と訪れました。時期的に雨が心配でしたが滞在中は天気も持ってくれて今朝は少し晴れ間ものぞいてくれ相変わらず素晴らしいオーシャンビューを堪能出来ました。 施設も変わらずとても綺麗に整えられており気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 今回一緒に伺った友人は初めての来訪でしたが部屋から見える素晴らしい景色に感動してました。 今度は家族を連れて是非伺いたいと言ってました。 オーナーも変わらずに色々と親切に対応して頂きホスピタリティに感謝します。 次は隣の浜金谷まで電車かバスで行ってロープウェイで鋸山の頂上まで登って下りは登山道を使い有名な名所の地獄のぞきや大仏や日本寺などを巡りながら施設の近くに降りる事が出来ると聞いたので是非ともトライしてみたいと思いました。 また近いうちに是非伺いたいと思います。 有難うございました！

Jade's place was wonderful and he is a great host. The place is just as described. We were 4 people and overall we had an amazing time in it. 7-Eleven is very close so we ate breakfast at the house. The beds were very comfortable, the bath and little patio are very cute. We also highly recommend the little restaurant called Ho-Kichi which is just when you turn left after 7-eleven.

Liren was an amazing host, responsive and had very easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The space was overall clean, a tiny bit busty near the blinds of the where the bed was but nothing to worry about. Unit was really worth it for the price, especially since it was a 7-8 minute walk to Dontonburi.

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Very cozy house in a clean neighborhood. My family really enjoy the quietness and privacy. It’s a new and full-functional home. Not located in center Tokyo, but just 3 minutes walking to train station and fast to Shibuya by express line. Erin also gives many useful guide in Tokyo for us.

Fantastic price, great location, lots of lovely food options nearby, the only thing that was surprising was that if you are traveling with a partner, and you have big suitcases, it can be difficult to impossible to have both suitcases open at the same time. This requires some coordination, but it should not detract from the place, which is very solid. Just be aware that floor space is limited.

We stayed here for two days and really enjoyed the neighbourhood. The apartment is right next to a 7/11 and a 5 min walk to the closest train station. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had a homely vibe which we loved.

Perfect place to stay if you want decent amount of space a quiet location but still close to train station, 7/11 and walking distance about 15mins from a mall. Place was spotless. We had 2 adults a teen and a toddler and after coming from a small hotel in a bustling place in Tokyo was really nice to have more space but still close enough to get to where we wanted. Will definitely consider this place again next time we visit Osaka!
