Those extra features including a Nespresso machine, smart TV, fast wifi, window seat and modern LED ceiling lights help to make it an extra special holiday. We have a washing machine in the garage for guests use.

The Apartment has stunning unrivalled views over the bay and beach of Rhosneigr. The apartment is up two flights of stairs but the view from the lounge and kitchen windows makes the climb worthwhile. The apartment is well-appointed, comfortable, and centrally heated to cater for stays throughout the year. The property is on the beach with parking for 1 vehicle but sorry no Vans. Rhosneigr has some excellent restaurants and takeaways together with boutique shops and a general store/Post office.

'Ysgol Jos Bach' overlooks the Harbour. Dating from the early 19th Century this little school house has been cleverly converted into a lovely spacious modern holiday home. Accommodation is on 3 levels (Lower Ground, Ground and Gallery), and has a full length balcony with southerly views of the harbour, Highland Railway, Menai Straits and Caernarfon Castle. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with contemporary furniture, a wood burning stove, and large galleried bedroom above.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Self-contained studio apartment, detached from the main house which is situated on the Welsh coastal path “The Laundry Room” is in the village of Deganwy. Within a stones throw of the beach, the railway station, buses, cafes, restaurants and the salubrious Quays Spa Hotel, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets. Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
