Our second time staying here - surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Loved sitting on the deck and hearing and watching the birds. If you don't need a full kitchen, this is the perfect place to stay, close to Newburyport but feels like you're in a nature sanctuary.

This was the perfect place to stay in Ipswich! Clean, beautifully furnished, and easy walking distance to town. Will definitely stay here again!

Molly's home was the perfect pick. From the second we walked in, we knew we made the right choice. Before even arriving, Molly reached out & made us feel welcome. Her place truly felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and cozy. Worried that you forgot something? I guarantee she has an extra there waiting for you. Truly the little things that made a huge difference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mothers' Day Weekend stay at Michael's place on Plum Island! The area is beautiful and it was so convenient to Parker River NWR. Downtown Newburyport, Salisbury Beach, and Seabrook, NH were all close enough for quick trips, too. There was some noise from people walking above but nothing out of the ordinary. We would definitely stay again!
