I offer a fully renovated 1 + kk studio (40 m²) in Brno-Slatina, only 80 m from the bus stop (lines 31 and 78) with a 15-minute ride to the city center or to the Olympia shopping center. Night bus 96 stops 500 m from the house. There is free parking. There is peace, seating in the yard and on the balcony, comfortable beds, parking in the fenced yard. The accommodation is great for solo travelers, business trips and families with children. Accommodation is for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, where 1 child can sleep in the living room on the sofa.

Fully equipped according to the latest standards - coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer... and everything else that could be forgotten at home :-). Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).

We offer year-round accommodation in a private 1 + kitchenette with a separate entrance. There is a large room with 2 beds and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette with a stove, microwave, fridge and kettle. In the living area, a dining table + 3 chairs (high chair available by arrangement). TV and internet connection (wifi) in the room. The bathroom has a sink and shower, and a separate toilet.
