Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hollern-Twielenfleth

We were with two adults and three children for a short trip in Cuxhaven and had an all-around lovely time in the cozy cottage. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier and the communication was super friendly and uncomplicated at all times. Everything worked out for us. Here's how to make Airbnb fun! ;-)

The studio is tip top downstairs at a beautiful family house in a green area. Mirko was a very nice and warm host, who you could always ask if anything didn't work out. The studio was very nice and new with dishwasher and washing machine and an Italian shower. High standard for a low price. Unfortunately, I did not get along so well with the individual twin mattresses, because I am used to sleeping in a double bed with a larger blanket, but I finally got used to it. I would love to come back, as such good studios are rare.

Dear Martina, dear Holger, You are one of the most hospitable and warmest hosts we have met so far. Both are extremely helpful, friendly and offer a unique feel-good atmosphere due to their cosmopolitan nature. They make their entire property available for exploration and recreation. The area is breathtakingly beautiful, the surrounding hiking and cycling trails can be reached quickly. A special highlight was the happiness of being able to watch deer from the sofa while having breakfast. This AirBnb is at the top of the list for another visit to us! Thank you for a small but absolutely fine break with you.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, no traffic. Comfortable beds, lovely little patio. Johanna and Philipp were very responsive.

We stayed with Marc for a week with our two children and enjoyed it very much. The house and garden are just beautiful. You will find everything you need on vacation in the house. In addition, the sweet fireplace and the comfortable beds - simply a dream. Thank you for everything, Marc!

It was a fantastic time with Anjee and Marco. The apartment has everything your heart desires. From there you can easily make excursions. It is advantageous if you have a car, but also with the bicycles that you can borrow in the neighboring village, which can be delivered to your doorstep, you can make great excursions. The area has plenty of things to offer. The apartment invites you to linger comfortably. We talked and played games for hours on the couch corner. In the kitchen, we baked cakes and prepared fantastic dishes. We relaxed and rested in the rooms. All this was only possible with the great amenities and attention to detail in Anjee and Marco's house.

The place was really fantastic, very tasteful and incredibly cozy. You can tell immediately how much work has gone into this. It is quite rural, so you are dependent on a car or at least a bicycle to get to the nearest supermarket, for example. Scenically, it is very nicely located and Alois and Anja are very attentive and warm hosts.

It was a fantastic place to stay, no human soul there, whether dog or human we could move freely. Everything was clean and everything you need was there. We felt very comfortable. The hot tub was the absolute highlight:-))) Will definitely be back

Great place to stay in the countryside! We spent 3 nights visiting Hamburg - the former waterworks is an original accommodation directly on the banks of the Elbe (even if you can only see the Elbe from the outermost corner of the window...). The building makes a freshly renovated impression, everything is tip-top. Although you are not far from the center of Hamburg, you will find yourself absolutely in the countryside, in a quiet environment. And the center of Blankenese is within walking distance, with shops, cafes, bars and S-Bahn. We were very pleased!

Great location, great apartment, great city

Was easy to find. The location was perfect for us, as we had to go to Othmarschen every day. Everything is quiet, the landlords are friendly. We recommend the restaurant at Luigi's, which is nearby.

Susanne is a great host, she was the best and I enjoyed my stay there. Everything that you could need to have was there. Very cozy and nice place. Hope I could be there for the next time.

Super courteous and loves children! We got a crib for our baby, as well as a baby towel 👣🩷 You feel very comfortable - fantastic mattresses for a good night's sleep 😊 We will be happy to come back!

Short summary in advance: the stay was great. We felt right at home from the beginning. The apartment is clean, it has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the area is quiet, what else could you ask for. Ilse is really nice, she welcomed us, showed us everything, and gave us tips for excursions and routes. Jork is a cute, small place and everything is within walking distance. The place is located in the Altes Land, so it is simply beautiful. Not far away is a parking lot where you have a great view of the Elbe and can watch ships. Ilse immediately gave us the tip to drive by car to Finkenwerder, and from there to take the ferry. This brings you much closer to Hamburg, the ferry ride is simply great (with a view of the harbor). Overall it was a great and relaxing holiday. And if we want to come back to Hamburg, we already know where we will stay.

we were received very empathetically by lia and her life partner. we found an apartment that exceeded our expectations: from a like apple to a newspaper, everything was available (things you wouldn't expect in a rented apartment)! thank you for welcome flowers and wine. Even a hot bottle was available. great connection to the bus and subway ... the way to downtown Hamburg was easy to manage (with the public and also with the bike brought with you) summa summarum: we felt well taken care of!

Claudia's apartment is ideal for 2 people, is equipped with everything we needed (however, we ate out and did not cook). Space is plentiful and the apartment is very high quality and tastefully decorated, real wood floor, also a lot of wood in very nice bathrooms. The location is perfect, very close to the Elbe and Övelgönne, very close to the center of beautiful Ottensen and very close to bus 112, which takes you to the city.

We had a wonderful time with Maria, we felt comfortable from the first minute. The place is very nice and quiet and just a short walk to the train station. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Jacek greeted us personally and briefly accompanied us to the apartment. We were very surprised how big the apartment actually is. Everything was tastefully decorated and absolutely clean. The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Hamburg. We felt very comfortable there and Maria and her husband are very helpful and very friendly hosts. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. It is located in a quiet residential area and with the subway (about 15 minutes' walk) you can quickly get to the city center. We will be happy to come back!
