The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. A large, comfortable room with country views, 10 minutes from Exeter city centre. Dartmoor and the south coast are within a 30 minute drive. Entered via its own front door and a spiral staircase, the room boasts a shower, super king size bed and free parking. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and fridge. This is an equestrian property and there are horses and large dogs around. For this reason we consider it unsuitable for small children.
