Cozy cottage in the countryside

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis with lake views out in the countryside. Here you are close to forest, lakes and hiking trails. The newly renovated cottage has its own patio, barbecue area, fireplace, shower, toilet, kitchen and up to 6 sleeping places. Suitable for couples and the group of friends as well as the family. The cottage is located individually on a farm, which can mean that the host is at home and is staying on the same farm, however, the cottage is on its own some distance from the dwelling house. Parking space is included. Welcome, welcome.

Cabin by Lake Edsken in Hofors.

On the border between Gästrikland and Dalarna, next to Edsken's campground and swimming area, our cozy cottage is located next to our main building. Edsken is one of three lakes, Edsken-Fullen-Grycken, that are connected to each other and are excellent for paddling, fishing for perch and pike. In winter, a 4.5-mile long ice rink is plowed on the lakes. 45 minutes to Kungsberget. 60 minutes to Romme Alpin. 9 km from the cottage is one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses. It is close to forest trails, nice exercise trails and bike trails

Fantastic lake view in large villa in Stjärnsund.

Large villa with spectacular lake views in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy morning sun as evening sun and a fantastic sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. One hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice swimming as much as we do, the ice hole is open all winter.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Summer farm house, skiing in winter near Torsåker

Come and spend a relaxing time at our farmhouse Solgården. It is close to fields, forests and Lake Ottnaren where boating and fishing can be done. Here, children can play outside and enjoy the vast space on bike or on foot. The area also offers walking, biking, golf and trips to local places of interest. During winter you can downhill ski about 35km away. We live 100m from the house and will interact with guests when necessary, otherwise we leave you alone to relax and enjoy our farm.

Visthuset – historical cottage at Långnäs Manor

Our cottage, called Visthuset by Långnäs Herrgård (Långnäs Manor), is an old larder from the 19th century. In early 2000s it was renovated and used as permanent residence for some years. Since then it has been a self-catered holiday rental for up to 4 persons. The cottage is situated by the lake Stor-Gösken, roughly 200 meters from Hofors Golf Club first tee and Hofors Padel. Hofors and surrounding areas offer many possibilities for sport and sightseeing. Please see our guidebooks.

The perfect accommodation for travelers or those who just want to enjoy and relax for a couple of days. We always do our utmost to make you feel at home and have as comfortable a stay as possible. Bedlinen, bath and towels are always included. A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Welcome to Hofors and our fantastic house which consists of two apartments. The upper floor of 150 sqm is for rent. We live at the lower level so just ask us if you have any questions. Sheets and towels are included. Välkommen till Hofors och vårt fantastiska hus som består av två lägenheter. Övre plan på 150 kvm är för uthyrning. Vi bor på nedre plan så vi hjälper till med alla era funderingar. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Fantastic cottage in Hedemora

Cozy house on a quiet hill in the middle of nature, surrounded by forest and plants. Upper floor with two double beds, living room with sofa bed, fireplace, outdoor room and terrace with evening sun. Barbecue and lawn for summer evenings. Only 30 minutes to Hedemora and 15 minutes to Stjärnsund. The only thing you hear is cows and chickens – perfect for those looking for peace and relaxation.

Cozy Bakery on 19th century farm!

Cozy accommodation on charming 19th century farm. Highly situated with beautiful scenery and mile-long dirt roads for walking or cycling. We currently have one cat, 20 chickens, 6 patch goats and two horses here on the farm. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, that's fine, costs SEK 150 per set. Cleaning is not included, but if you want to buy cleaning, it costs SEK 700.
