Breathtaking views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. There is a lot of eagles, especially sea eagles, but also golden eagles. Follow us on insta on Birdbox Sotra If you want to rent a kayak, we recommend northernexposure.

Screened cabin in calm and relaxing surroundings. Hiking opportunities right outside the cabin to beaches, cafe, shop, and the like. 200 meters to nearest bathing bay. About 25 minutes to drive to Bergen city centre. Close to the airport. 15 min to walk to city rail. Perfect for two or three people. Double bed in the cabin, annex for 1-2 people. Inlaid water for everything but recommend to buy drinking water. Dishwasher, heat pump, wood-burning stove, wifi. Cinderella incineration toilet. Parking on the property.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The place is at the countryside with beautiful surroundings. 5 min walk to Botanical garden, and 15 min walk to arboretum and public beach. 25 min. by car to the center of Bergen (20 km). The interor of the building is very unique, with many wooden handycrafts. The appartment has 4 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washingroom and diningroom. Good parking facilities and nice to sit outside the barn.
