The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. A cosy apartment in farmhouse, Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private separate patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skånegården is newly renovated during the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also adorned with art from the studio.

The location is perfect for those of you who want to explore Österlen's beautiful nature and all other nice excursions. Bus stop is a few minutes away for those of you who want to visit Simrishamn or Kristianstad.

Right in Kivik old town close to the beach and port. Bakery, grocery store, restaurants etc. are just around the corner. Suitable for two persons and child up to 2 yo.

We were warmly welcomed by Mikaela and the whole family. Nice and pleasant cottage, personally decorated. Several different patios/outdoor rooms. Perfect to eat breakfast in the corner at the door. Fun with different animals in the yard. We received many different suggestions for destinations in the surrounding areas. Mikaela and Svante with family and the cottage are highly recommended.

The living area showcases a spacious layout with high ceilings, featuring large windows that allow natural light to filter in. A central fireplace is highlighted, surrounded by a comfortable seating arrangement. A classic rocking chair adds a touch of charm, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere.

Magical place, quiet and peaceful. The host Hampus was very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to questions. The description was right in, and despite the simple, nothing was missing. Definitely recommend!

A bright seating area is furnished with two patterned armchairs and a small round table. Light enters through two windows dressed with light curtains. A decorative rug covers the floor, and various wall decorations enhance the space.

Liselotte and Denis are fantastic hosts, we felt at home from the start. They were helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and tidy and they had made a great binder with recommendations on things to do and see in the area.

We had a very nice time at Hjalmarödsvägen and Mikael is a very attentive and friendly host! The house is very clean and cozy, the amenities more than sufficient, and above all the garden and the surroundings offer an enormous amount of space for children to play or to relax privately. The area is beautiful: wide beaches, green landscapes, nice small and very small villages - you can't take a wrong turn. Recommended without reservation, we would come back any time! :)

A loft space features two 80 cm wide beds positioned on a wooden floor. The walls are lined with light-colored wood, and a small lamp is attached to the wall. Natural light enters through the wooden ceiling, creating a calm environment.
