Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30 min drive from Sandstad. 25 min to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that has been upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is 100 m from the sea, short distance to fishing waters and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wi-Fi.

Cabin with annex, 2 bedrooms + 2 homes close to the sea, AC, washing machine, dishwasher, floating jetty, boathouse, rowboat. Possibility of renting a boat nearby. The tenant must bring his own linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150cm double bed, 2x75cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses in the lofts. Inlaid water, (not for drinking water) drinking water included at cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. Naust with glass doors to the sea, water hose at boathouse, good fishing opportunities. Good food at Brygga restaurant, Kvenvær

Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a gem by the sea edge The property is idyllically located on Hitra and boasts impeccable sun and viewing conditions. Property consists of holiday home, outdoor living and annex. The leisure home has a living room/kitchen with a great view, 4 bedrooms (including annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina approx. 500m from the cabin.

Right on the seafront, with proximity to Fillan Municipal Center, with shops, pool facilities, bowling,restaurants and leisure activities. Sun from early morning to late night In winter, there are prepared ski slopes in several places on Hitra. Northern lights. Good fishing opportunities, island hopping, rib trips, hiking trails, beaches. Cheerful cabin neighbors. Boat rental: Upon request.

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Beautiful and newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sleeping couch. Quiet place, perfect location with private beach. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Cozy little cabin at the edge of the lake

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person
