Very nice and spacious apartment in the middle of the city center with lovely sea views from large windows and private terrace. The terrace is with a superstructure to choose sun or shade. It is a safe and quiet area with adult residents around. The apartment is very central and is just above the Altisenteret which has 70 shops, wine monopoly, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, just an elevator ride away. Short walk along the sea you will find Arendal guest harbor, which has a beach area, saltwater pool, sauna and restaurant.

Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
