You'll be within walking distance of trails, Himos arena, slopes, golf course, and beach. This apartment is comfortable for both families and celebrations. The hot tub is available to guests when ordered separately (€167/reservation). The space solution is functional and the apartment can easily accommodate 9 people and allows for dining both indoors and outdoors. The cottage has a good equipment level.

The property is perfect for active holidays, the slopes of West Himos and the first snow track are near the villas, and in the summer it is a short distance to the golf course. Slope grove, in the best location!

The slope grove is a stylish, clean, and pristine cottage. From the cottage, you can take skis directly to the hillside and walk to the Himos Arena in the evening. There are sleeping places for six. There are three bedrooms each with two beds either together or separately. The two upstairs bedrooms can also accommodate a children's bed, which can be rented if needed. There is a free parking space with an electric plug for cars in the yard. The lighted ski track starts about a hundred meters from the yard.

A covered porch features a hot tub, a small table, and four chairs, creating a space for relaxation. The surrounding area includes natural vegetation and a view of the water, with a pathway leading down from the porch.

Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices.
