Treehouse Retreat in Mission Hills

Light filled studio in a walkable neighborhood. Close to restaurants and bars, centrally located to San Diego attractions. Easy check-in, cable tv, comfy bed, clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood but parking can be tight in the evening. If using the pool/hot tub communicate in advance for heating. Bring an eye mask if a light sleeper. Lots of stairs if that’s difficult for you. Would stay again, great location and easy, communicative host.

Please don't hesitate to book this place. It's everything the description says it is - and more! Clean, well-appointed, clear instructions, good communication through the app, great location. I had a peaceful week here and appreciated the quiet and the garden, the proximity to all of the stores and restaurants. The decor is eclectic, the kitchen is well-stocked, good water pressure, responsive hosts, comfortable bed. Thank you! I'll be back next year!

Modern Hillcrest Getaway

LeyaniRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Maria was such a great host. The house was perfect for a small friends trip and was in such a great part of the city. There was a grocery store right up the block if you wanted to eat in a bit more with a fully stocked kitchen to help. A beautiful office for those who had some leftover work to do through the weekend, and there was a great amount of space in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with no interruptions but still only a short drive from the downtown area. There was also great local spots right up the block as well if you wanted to walk around a bit more and explore Hillcrest. Overall it was one of the best airbnb experiences we had and Maria was very helpful and clear with every instruction and question. Thank you for the great stay!! It was a beautiful home and I’m glad we got to experience it!

Modern home in the heart of SD

I came with my daughter for a event at a hotel that was close by, just north of I8. It took me a couple of turns and a trip around the block to locate it as I am not use to driving in a city but my aGPS was correct but it just took me a pass or two to recognize the place and the turn in for the parking. The place was beautiful and perfect, clean. It felt very homey and I felt safe in the neighborhood. We walked around the corner to the Divo Diva Cafe. We went there every morning for our coffee, avacado toast and crossiant. Very lovely and great decor. We also walked to Nola's and had food delivered. Everything was very close. We walked to HiroNori Craft Ramen (best broth I have every had). I really appreciated that we had a dedicated parking spot. That was mandatory for my stay. I don't want to drive around the city looking for parking. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Lovely place at a quiet end of town. Very clean and the kitchen and bathroom updates are super nice. John was responsive as well. Note, there is also a nice trail to walk nearby with a nice view of mission bay.

Centeral Studio San Diego

SupriyaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I absolutely loved my stay here! I needed a place to stay for a night before taking an early morning train to LA. I happened to find Jordan’s place and reserved it. The studio is so nicely decorated—I loved the dark green walls, live plants, and soft lighting (!!). Everything was absolutely spotless, the bed was really comfortable (a bit on the softer side), and it was about a 5 minute walk to a ton of places to eat in Hillcrest. As a girl travelling alone, arriving in the evening, and leaving really early in the morning, I felt safe in that area. Jordan was really nice and promptly responded to all of my messages and texts. He was an excellent host and I would happily book a stay there again!
