Margarita’s place is exactly what we are looking for in old San Juan - location, great sunlight, and a historical cultural vibe. The place is very spacious with great furniture layout. The bed is extremely comfy. One of the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Huge California King with 100% cotton sheets. I loved our stay, including the loud music downstairs. Isn’t that we are looking for in part of the experience of the old town? The roof table is amazing. It provides so much sunlight and ventilation to the space, so the space feels very open. I also like Margarita’s furniture choices and placement as an interior designer. All the furniture feels really well placed and adds great accent to the place. Last, if you care a lot about water pressure in the shower, maybe a lot of San Juan apartment is not a good choices for you. The shower is very underwhelming but that seems like a universal problem in San Juan.

Great stay in a really good location. Cesar offered lots of local recommendations and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.

I was extremely happy with this place. The Host were so good to us and helped us literally get to their place by. being a human GPS for us since my phone was not working properly. They gave us many recommendations and we loved every minute here. I can not wait to come back again! They made me feel at home and like family!

We are fortunate to say that Romona and her home were worth every penny. Highly recommend to any first timer in Puerto Rico.

This place is precious. It was excellent for two people, we had stores around and it was easy to walk through the neighborhood. It reminded me of mine abuelita’s house. The neighborhood it’s residential so you won’t be hearing any noise at all. It was close to everything! We will return to PR, and we will book this place again. Thank you guys for having this little cozy apartment in Carolina.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

Jay was absolutely awesome! We dealt with flight delays, and Jay was extremely accommodating. He allowed us to check in well-past the original time, and even had umbrellas ready for us to use when we arrived. The AirBnB itself was really clean, had really good air conditioning, and was a very short walk/drive to beaches, restaurants, and gas stations/convenience stores. The place was well worth the money spent, and contributed significantly to how pleasant our vacation was.

this place is amazing it is the most gorgeous place I have been to celebrated my 30th birthday here and it did not disappoint the host was super sweet and responded very fast this place is to die for come and experience it yourself you won't regret it

Thank you Victor and Xiomara for a great stay. The place was spotless and offered a beautiful, peaceful view. Our host, Xiomara, made us feel right at home. Our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until around 1:00 a.m., but she stayed in touch the entire time to make sure we were okay. It truly felt like she was waiting for a family member to arrive (not to Many people like that around ) . She was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—we really appreciated the welcome snacks! I would give them 100 stars if possible. I would definitely stay at La Finquita again.

- House was beautiful, spacious and clean - Host left snacks (chips&cookies) which we enjoyed and appreciated - Great communication and timely response from host - Location of house is remote, 25 to 30 mins to San Juan - Swimming pool was amazing with a stunning view of the mountains - Pool table was a plus to have fun at home - It was a little difficult to order uber to San Juan. Uber drivers kept canceling on us due to pick up site, but we were able to get one after 3 cancellations. - Great stay overall

Where to begin! The house is BEAUTIFUL, cozy, food and bars nearby and the neighborhood itself is extremely peaceful and welcoming. Michelle was a great host, responsive and all questions were responded to swiftly. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future! 5/5

The place is great and location was everything. The only problem we encountered was the power outage, but Annette reached out and offered to relocate us to a hotel. Will be coming back.

Honestly it’s easy to write a 5 star review when you have experienced what I did here. Puerto Rico is known for its welcoming people and Tommy was amazing. From start to finish he was attentive and helped out anyway he could. He made fantastic recommendations, you have any question just ask him. From learning his background a little it made sense why he was so happy and joyful to help and show everyone a great time. Next time I plan a trip to San Juan I will be looking here again. The convenience mixed in with his help is worth its weight in gold.

Sebastian’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults with more than enough space to spread out after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare meals and having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus when trying to get everyone out the door for tours or dinner reservations. The location felt very safe, and was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, or beach. I highly recommend this home for your San Juan stay!

Me and a friend stayed at Maria's place for 1 week. The place was exactly as it was described, very spacious, good kitchen, lounge, very Nice shower. There's 2 bed rooms, one big and another smaller one. Can fit a small family or 2-4 people easily. Maria is very responsive, she is a very good host. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the beach or restaurants

Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

Great host! Was very responsive whenever we reached out. Was in a nice location and close to the beach. Had plenty of items to use like beach chairs and coolers. The house was very beautiful and organized. Would definitely recommend to friends and anyone staying in the area!

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

Ray’s place is very cozy and had all amenities that were needed. Located in a nice area that is walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Beach is down the block, which is a plus. Ray was fast with communication and quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Ray’s place.
