the host was super responsive and did a great welcome for us to get to know the house as well as the neighborhood. He gave us great recommendations and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house has some small things to get used to like the shower but the host explains it all very well. He also provided small snacks and refreshments which made it feel more like home.

This spot was exactly what we were looking for… we couldn’t have found a better location for the price. It was perfect. The apartment is nestled in the center of old San Juan, right next to the fortress, the night life, and all the best restaurants. We also were also only a 10 min walk from a secluded city beach. We were shocked to not find anyone swimming there. Getting to the apartment was so easy, just a 20-30 min cab ride from the airport. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. The hosts were very responsive and super nice. Highly recommend. Couldn’t have had a better time!

We loved staying in Jose's apartment. Price was Ok and location is incredible - right in the middle of Old San Juan. Everywhere is really in a walking distance. The street has so many options of bars and restaurants, and night life is vibrant it that area. However, you don't hear any noise, which is great. Super recommend this apartment for any traveler, especially friends and young couples.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Cataño. The apartment is private and has great views of the bay from the rooftop, which was great to relax and chill at after a long day of exploring the city. It’s in a great, central location, minutes away from San Juan and surrounding areas. The area is nice and walkable. The apartment was clean and everything was as shown in the photos. The owners response quickly to messages, very accessible. We would definitely like to stay here again next time!

Our stay in Puerto Rico was incredible! The home was even better than the pictures showed—beautiful, clean, and incredibly peaceful. It provided the perfect amount of relaxation and was ideal for our group. Irene was an amazing host—super responsive, helpful with recommendations, and went above and beyond by providing extra amenities. We were even welcomed with a fresh fruit basket upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. We would absolutely stay here again!

The beach was close about a 3 min walk and Jose provides you with all the stuff needed for the beach which was perfect. The area was about 10-15 to dorado for nice places to go to eat. It was closed to other neighboring towns too. Jose communicated well and left us a list of local eats and places to go too which was very nice and useful.

- House was beautiful, spacious and clean - Host left snacks (chips&cookies) which we enjoyed and appreciated - Great communication and timely response from host - Location of house is remote, 25 to 30 mins to San Juan - Swimming pool was amazing with a stunning view of the mountains - Pool table was a plus to have fun at home - It was a little difficult to order uber to San Juan. Uber drivers kept canceling on us due to pick up site, but we were able to get one after 3 cancellations. - Great stay overall

Had such an amazing 30th birthday here, the house was BEAUTIFUL, and made me and my guest feel safe and secure! Every room was pristine! The host replied quickly, with a solution to any and everything. Even with the one jump scare we did have they were responsive and quick it was really calming actually. I truly appreciate this stay and will tell everyone who thinks about going to Puerto Rico to BOOK W ANA!! You will not be upset if you do. Best decision I made for this trip.

I went with my family, including my 1yrs old grandson, who really enjoy to walk around the house. Comfortable house, easy access to main street to drive around. A/C on whole house. Kitchen with all necessary. Bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser, and towels. Extra beach towel, cooler, and other stuffs, in case you want to go to the beach. Michelle was always available to respond asap. Even when we were in PR during a national blackout, the house was prepared with solar panel to provide power, at least to turn on the fans. Good enough to be comfortable during the night. Second night after the blackout, Michelle was immediately available to reset the power box and reestablish the power for the whole house, after blackout was over. Great experience at all.

Robert was an excellent host and I’m planning to stay with him again in the short term future

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Good help great place and host was amazing helpful

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
