Vacation rentals with a fire pit in High Springs

Suwannee River Retreat was one of the best family vacations we have had! The home + dock + amenities are unmatched and it was the perfect getaway in nature for our family. The home's surroundings were beautiful- peaceful Suwannee River and nicely shaded yard. The dock was shaded most of the day, and was where we spent a good amount of time with some fishing and others kayaking. Our Easter 2025 weekend was so enjoyable and we're grateful for the memories made here. We will cherish this experience. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely retreat with us <3 A few notes for future travelers- kitchen has all you need. We brought things in case and didn't end up needing them. We were even able to have a nice holiday meal with all the serving dishes. We enjoyed Fanning Springs State Park, Hart Springs county park, Nature Coast Trail - Suwannee River Bridge.

What a gorgeous, calm, peaceful, cozy spot out in the country. Paola and Ruben were kind and responded whenever I needed them. The property and apartment are even more delightful than expected. They have nearly everything you might have forgotten even! The views are breathtaking, the space is so clean and cozy! Do not hesitate to book at all but leave availability for me 😂 ! My family loves staying in this house. it's private and has a lot of nature to see. The house has been updated. Very clean. Susan is very helpful with everything. She always responded to any questions I asked about thing to do or find. She goes above and beyond to make sure your vacation goes smoothly and you have everything you need.

Two friends and I booked this home for a mini-retreat. It is LOVELY! A 1947 home in pristine condition right next to the main street of this small town. The town was quiet but that was fine. We loved the house so much! The lot filled with trees and plants, the cozy architecture, the roominess. It had one bath which was perfectly fine for our needs. It was charming in 1940's (50's?) pink and spotless. An excellent information notebook was available which was very helpful for our dining decisions. We were right across the street from a B&B mansion and booked our breakfast there the next morning which was a great treat. We wouldn't have thought to do that without seeing the info Jamie left for us. If we head that way again, there is no doubt we'll book this beautiful home.

Colleen was very attentive and accommodating! Also very kind and considerate, especially being she has other demanding responsibilities! I got to meet her puppy Brutis and he is very well trained and she was so helpful at alternating potty breaks and letting my special needs dog plenty of outside time alone 🥰

Beautiful location with easy access to the local springs and University of Florida

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony . The place is centrally located , easy to find , tons of parking spots . Nice private backyard . We had some trouble trying to unlock the door but the host was quick to respond and assist . Would surely recommend this place to friends

Lesley was very accommodating, friendly and helpful if a need presented itself... made extra room for our Boat trailer and two cars and her husband Steve even found a Fuse for our boast when the Bilge Pump went out. This was my third stay with Kellie, and just like the previous times, everything was perfect. The place was spotless, in a great location, and Kellie’s communication was excellent throughout. I’ll absolutely stay here every time I visit Branford — it truly feels like a home away from home!

Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

Our stay was so peaceful. The home was clean and cozy. It felt like we were in the jungle, which was really cool. The wrap around deck was beautiful. Bina and Sanil were great hosts.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy 200 sq. ft. shed-turned-retreat near the Santa Fe River. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unplug and unwind in nature. The space is small but beautifully designed, and the outdoor setup really makes it special. We loved the outdoor shower and bathtub—there’s something magical about bathing under the trees! The hammocks were a favorite for morning coffee and lazy afternoon naps. Best of all, the river is just a short walk away, and we spent hours paddleboarding and floating in the peaceful water. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful, off-the-grid escape.

Clean house. Close to rivers. Well located. We recommend it for those who want to have a pleasant time with family or friends.

As an Airbnb host myself I found that club manatee was above and beyond the expectations. We found it Homie and very inviting, spectacular views from the wraparound porch, and the river didn’t disappoint. Kayaks and canoes got us up and down the stream. All kinds of critters in the evening, which delighted my granddaughter. The river was perfect for swimming, the water, birds and plenty of fish jumping. Our family fell in love with all the amenities, the kitchen fully stocked with whatever cooking we could possibly need and for me a chef it was totally perfect. A 75th birthday celebration that won’t be forgotten. We appreciate the beauty of your home and the comfort it felt like home but somewhere else. Our family is already planning our next trip. Our family vacation at River Run Riviera was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a paradise tailor-made for us. The property was stunning, offering both serenity and adventure, making it the best family vacation we have ever experienced. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Whether we were cooking together in the well-stocked kitchen, enjoying the cozy living spaces, or relaxing on the porch with a view of the water, every detail was thoughtfully designed to make us feel at home. The kids had an absolute blast exploring the water and surroundings! They loved fishing right off the property and were thrilled to catch plenty of catfish. The atmosphere was so inviting and safe, allowing them to swim, play, and run around freely while we soaked in the beauty of nature. One of the highlights of our trip was kayaking down the Ichnetucknee River, which flowed right to the property.

We all enjoyed our stay at John's private retreat! A fully stocked spice cabinet great for cooking meals, spacious sleeping arrangements, and an all-around excellent homestead! We all enjoyed telling stories around the campfire, walking down to the river, and all the bits and bobs that John particularly placed throughout! Can't wait to see this beautiful location again sometime in the near future!

We LOVED this log cabin right on the Swanee River. It was peaceful, clean, close to all the natural spring state parks. I was surprised as to how dog friendly this host was. Our Dakota loved running all over outside and being free. We got to see 8 deer in the front of the house right before sunset. Elaine the neighbor was super friendly and always near if you had a question as well as the host Andrea. We will definitely stay here again. There is even a closed in back screened patio with ceiling fans overlooking the river. We also had 2 bonfires and the temp was 65 degrees at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We will be back for sure ❤️

Aydee and Javier were incredible hosts. Their cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy - perfect for our weekend kayaking trip. The location of the cabin was perfect; on a ton of land which made it very peaceful. Aydee was very quick to respond and even came by to introduce herself which was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you're aiming to take advantage of the endless outdoor activities the area has to offer. Thank you again, Aydee + Javier, we will certainly be back!
