We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were pristine and super comfortable. Joy was very responsive. The location was perfect for accessing Harlow Town Train Station and walkable to the town center.

Great apartment. The two bathrooms are convenient, the rooms were clean, and check-in went smoothly. Not far from the main street in Stevenage, where you can find nice places for breakfast.

This is my first Air B&B experience and Rebekah made it a very good one. Her home was so beautiful and clean and very homely. She provided towels which we were not expecting and all her amenities were super easy to use. Her customer service was top notch and provided us clear instructions to check in and use her place. The bed was soft and cozy and the living room was very spacious and comfortable to relax in. The location was also perfect with a superstore (Tesco) just 3 minutes walk away and 5 minutes walk to the nearest rail station. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone looking for an Air B&B in the area. I will defo book again for sure!!

Really great flat and Aldwin was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and always very quick to respond and help. We stayed for a month and felt very at home. Came with a parking spot and his garden and patio is a wonderful space. Flat was well equipped and has everything you need. Thanks Aldwin.

The house is absolutely precious, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with a Tesco just around the corner and the railway station within walking distance. It's the perfect base for exploring the area, and Melanie's thoughtful recommendations were spot on. This place is every bit as beautiful and amazing at the pictures and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay and the hosts made the stay even more wonderful with their communication, helpfulness, flexibility and recommendations. The kitchen was very well equipped and allowed us to self-cater with great tools and beyond this, there were freshly laid eggs from the chicken in the garden for us. The dining space had wonderfully picture-esque views - the hosts had also left out some board games here they had recommended for us which was a lovely touch. The cinema and office areas were brilliant with lots of sofa-space and projector entertainment system. The bedrooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the bathrooms were hi-tech and included unbelievable facilities. We took full advantage of the outside space, with comfortable seating, beautiful views and a bbq/fire pit. Overall, this is the most amazing place I've stayed, made even better by the hosts.

The house is a perfect option for a large family / multi family group. There is lots for the kids to do in the house and garden. The kitchen is so well equipped. I cooked a full Christmas lunch easily and there is great space to sit and gather as a family. The house feels very private and yet is in such a convenient location. We highly recommend this house and Jessica was a phenomenal host - including decorating the house for Christmas, such a wonderful touch which made our stay even more special.

I booked here as a place to stay the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids. The house is stunning and very spacious with a gorgeous garden perfect for pictures! We had hair and makeup stations in the conservatory/ gym space as it was very bright and open. As we were a big group, the host had set up extra beds in the cinema room which was incredibly helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was a lovely experience and a great space for what we needed.

We had a long stay here - 2.5 months - so got to know the place well. It’s close to High Barnet tube, so great for getting into London, and has a car port with a charger if you’re driving. The house is a new-build with excellent insulation – it stayed cosy even in the depths of winter. There’s a patio and a lovely first-floor terrace we didn’t use, but they’d be great in summer. Everything was clean and well organised, with plenty of beds and space. We brought in two desks for our stay, and had no trouble fitting them in. Communication with the owner was good, and any minor issues were sorted quickly. The rental agreement they make you sign on top of your Airbnb contract is very thorough – a bit off-putting at first – but we think it’s just because of previous bad experiences they've had. We took detailed photos when we arrived to be on the safe side, but didn’t need them. Everything went smoothly.

Perfect for what we needed. This is a lovely property in a nice area, which is spacious and has enough room to sleep 10 people. Good sized living room and kitchen/dining room. I’d read previous reviews so knew to request that the hot tub was heated up prior to our arrival, which they did. It was beautifully warm for us to use when we arrived so thank you! And I also knew to take my own laptop for the cinema room. Just bring a long HMDI to connect directly to the projector as it took us a while to figure that out. Couple of things to note, the outdoor seating set and the 4 seated kitchen table from the photos were not there. But I’d still give it 5 star as very responsive and had everything we needed. Very reasonably priced for a large group of people.
