My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

Camper stays on property. No smoking in camper. May cook inside camper (have pots and pans). Showers can be taken in my home. Very clean. (Never any complaints on cleanliness. Location location location!!!! For the price, you can’t beat it. My wife and I walked to everywhere we wanted to go, no need to drive to find a place to eat or shop.
