Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. We highly recommend Susanne's apartment. Susanne and her husband are extremely friendly people who immediately make you feel welcome. The contact was always straightforward and warm. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It also offers plenty of space for spending time together in the living and dining area as well as for retreating to the two spacious bedrooms. If you are looking for peace and proximity to nature, you are also perfectly in good hands in Susanne's apartment. Numerous excursion destinations can be reached in just a few minutes by car and sometimes even on foot. One of the best Airbnb experiences so far!

Beautiful place, huge rooms and comfy beds. All brand new! Very peaceful with great view at the spacious garden. Owners are very friendly, they live closeby and came to meet in person, which was very nice. I would highly recommend this place! It has a huge garden in which they have an oldfashioned american airstream and a schoolbus turned around into a tinyhouse which are also for rent!
