The bedroom with large double bed (180x200 cm) is separated by a modern room divider element. It has a bathroom en suite, which is equipped with walk-in shower. A parking space is located directly at the house.

The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.
